might be the biggest and best burrito ive ever had in cny, 4 stars because a chicken burrito with sour cream added was almost 20 out the door.. if you have the extra to splurge then i can’t recommend ponchito’s enough!!

the food is amazing but honestly would not recommend especially if you’re ordering delivery. they are never open even at the times they have posted on their building. i’ve had my deliveries cancelled every single time i’ve ordered. in the maybe 3 years i’ve known about this place i’ve only actually gotten to eat here maybe 3 times.

As a gringo, this is some of the best Mexican food I've had. The loaded nachos on Tipp Hill are better and much bigger, but for burritos and other items, this place is the good standard. I could happily eat here every day until I turned into a burrito.

Ponchitos is the very definition of hole in the wall but those who know, know. The portion sizes are huge & the food is delicious.
It may not be winning any beauty pageants with its tiny seating area but every style of Tex-Mex taco is cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

I spent $21 on a “steak” burrito with “guac” (a green sauce) and sour cream. Hot sauce was awful, I think it was wing sauce. Luckily I got it on the side or the food would have been inedible. Look my expectations were low being this far north of the border but you guys need to lower your price or improve your quality. Cafeteria style should be closer to 12-15, especially because you’re not selling steak this was shredded beef. Disappointed in the business and normally do not write reviews but as a fellow business owner I felt compelled to share my feedback.

When people say that this is the best place to get tacos in Syracuse, they mean it; this is the best place to get tacos in Syracuse. The employees are some of the friendliest people I have ever ordered food from, and they really make you feel welcome. They take extra care to make sure their customers get EXACTLY what they want. The ingredients are all fresh and delicious; the steak is juicy and tender and pretty much melts in your mouth, and the jalapenos are crisp and add a delightful burst of earthy flavor. I will take people here for their birthdays. I will take my friends here when they visit. I will recommend this place to absolutely everybody. Would give a million stars if I could.
