Literally none of their locations are open when they say they are. I like the food, but wish to actually be able get their food outside of my work hours. Update your hours!

girl making food super passive aggressive and just not friendly at all. lacking customer service skills. being unfriendly and half assing doesn’t make people want to order or continue coming .im not saying you have to cheese ear to ear and jump up and down when you see a customer. but it wouldn’t hurt to act like you want to be there . *food was great* my complaint is about the customer service my mom and i received.
Absolutely awesome tacos and burritos with great flavor and tremendous value. This place is amazing. Love coming here.

Well to each is own, but personally I am no longer a meat eater so going into this place was like going into a slaughter house. Everything on the menu was meat, beef, pork, etc. There was not one single option for a vegan or a non meat eater. Like is a mushroom barria taco too much to ask for, can the non meat eaters get some non meat veggie alternatives or something. The family was totally uninterested. The building is unique and attractive to the eye tho, just not recommended those on a journey to avoiding meat.

They have some of the best birra tacos in Syracuse, but they're only served on Tuesdays currently. Burritos are really good as well. The regular burritos are huge, the super are enormous. This is going to sound weird but their wings are also very good.
Absolutely enormous burritos made right in front of you with fresh, delicious ingredients. The chicken, the steak, the chicharron, you can’t go wrong. Let’s talk about the service. The person making your burrito may or may not have a hangover and either won or lost money on a game last night, but these are people who love burritos and love making them. And it comes through. All that is to say that Ponchito’s is exactly what you want out of a ln authentic burrito place.

Tried here with my fiance the other night, I got 2 chicken tacos and he got a burrito. He said he asked for no tomatos and our were loaded with them. However the wine slushie is amazing, thanks for recommending we try it!

One of the best Taqueria’s in upstate New York. On Tuesdays they do Birria Tacos with steak or shrimp. A little bit more expensive than a chain restaurant like chipolte, but so worth it. Ask about their secret paper menu too! I’ve eaten here once a week for lunch since moving upstate!
