⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor service and refusal to honor the warranty
I purchased a cotton candy machine through Amazon for $800. The machine worked for only two months, even though I strictly followed all usage and maintenance instructions. For comparison, my much cheaper Chinese machines lasted longer.
The product came with a warranty, but when I contacted technical support, serious problems began. Despite multiple requests, I was denied a return, replacement, or repair. They did not provide any return authorization and refused to give me an address to send the machine for service.
Customer support is completely incompetent: responses are generic, unhelpful, and they ignore their warranty obligations. For a product at this price point, this is unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I do not recommend this company — high price, low reliability, and zero customer support.

popcorn supply company has charged my credit card for over $400 and I've never heard of them. I had to get a new card and change multiple accounts. I am furious. I advise no one to do business with them. if they did this to someone who knows nothing about the company what will they do with people who do business with them. They are Dark Web
