“I have to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! Something I really appreciated was that they spoke both Spanish and English, making communication easy and comfortable for me and my mom and is probably easier for other customers.
Above all, this visit was truly special for me. I traveled all the way from Virginia with high expectations, and I can confidently say that I was not disappointed at all. The speed and efficiency of the service were impressive. Plus, it’s a real pleasure to find a team that is not only professional in their work but also warm and kind in every interaction.
And of course, the food was spectacular! Everything was freshly made, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. From the perfectly seasoned chicken to the delicious sides, every bite was a delight. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Popeyes locations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!“
“Best Popeyes in Syracuse! I brought my family here today on March 5th 2026. Best service I’ve ever experienced. Was greeted by I’m assuming is the general manager. “We ordered takeout dinner from this chicken restaurant. I didn’t like the fried chicken that much. It had too much crust and very minimal chicken. On the other hand, the blackened chicken tenders were amazing. Also MD Rial did a great job in taking and preparing our order.“
