The young woman that took my order Got the whole thing wrong even after me n my husband ask her twice did she understand the order I gave her back the wrong and asked for my correct order n she thought I was being rude so she stared arguing with me..she lacks proper training on customer service I will not be returning to Popeyes..it was the Spanish looking young woman light skined..she acted like I was wrong for returning my messed up order..

Popeyes on Marshall Street is decent, but it doesn't quite live up to high expectations. While it's convenient that they stay open late, the overall experience falls short. As expected with fast food joints, there's a noticeable wait time for orders, and the establishment itself already shows signs of wear despite being relatively new.My expectations weren't too high to begin with, given the fast food nature of the place. However, I was a bit disappointed when I couldn't order the butterfly shrimp as advertised, and instead received popcorn shrimp. It was alright, but not what I had in mind.On the bright side, the mac and cheese was a standout, though it could benefit from a bit more melty cheese. Overall, Popeyes on Marshall Street is alright if you're in need of a quick bite, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

Worst Popeyes to order from. I ordered from here about a month ago and they told the driver someone picked up my order. I called because the driver was freakin out and was transferred mid conversation and then was told they would remake it. Then they never made it and I had to cancel the order. I made the mistake of ordering from there again yesterday and also never received my order. If this store can’t handle online orders, they need to remove it.

I tried to go here at a not busy time in the afternoon, when the students were on break. There were at least 10 people waiting for their food, and no one at the cash register. I waited for long enough to get service that I just gave up and left. Also extremely dirty ?

I ordered 12 wings 6 garlic Parmesan and 6 Honey Bbq with mash potatoes today 3/3/2024 thru door dash.Well I got 12 hot wings & Mac & cheese. & the wings look old , unbelievable!I am to disappointed ? bc I can’t eat hot stuff and the kids can’t either. Just lost all my money. Never again I’ll order at this location.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The girl who took my order was chewing gum and preparing food without gloves. This establishment is extremely unorganized, unsanitary and unprofessional. Also, look closely at your receipts because they have often charged me for items I never received.

The cashier is very rude and lacks courtesy. For my order (3 pieces chicken combo) I am supposed to get 2 sauce pack but didn’t provide me and when I asked for it, he instead of apologizing said “had I known I would have charged u extra”. He brewed sweet tea keeping me waiting and didn’t bother to apologize for my waiting.
