Staff are amazing and friendly! It’s always nice to know that a healthy option for a snack or lunch is always available! Location is great and local to SU and hospital! As a parent…. Sometimes overnight stays at the hospital are unexpected… and it’s nice to know we have access to a healthy option! Thanks Purple Banana!

went here a couple years ago and remembered it being really good, went here today and ordered two bowls. the fruit isn’t fresh it’s very obviously from a can, they didn’t even put the stuff on the bowl that was supposed to be on the bowl.

I came here with a friend for a quick lunch and got an acai bowl with a smoothie. Overall my food was refreshing and staff were friendly. It wasn't busy when we got there but seemed to be filling up before we left. Staff had our to go order ready within 5 minutes despite a 15 minute wait time being indicated. 5 stars from me!

Great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Açaí bowl that I get at least 3 times a week are always 10/10. The owner is phenomenal. Thank you for being a customer driven company

Purple Banana is a big staple in my week, especially when I need something that makes me feel good and tastes good at the same time! The ingredients are simple but go so well together, so you know exactly what you’re getting with everything you order. Always an inviting place to stop by or sit and chat!

Absolutely Obsessed with Purple Banana!

Purple Banana has quickly become my go-to spot for a healthy, delicious treat. From the moment you walk in, the place gives off a bright, beachy, feel-good vibe that perfectly matches the fresh, vibrant bowls they serve.

The açaí bowls are next level—smooth, flavorful, and topped with the freshest fruit, granola, and drizzles that take it over the top (I highly recommend the peanut butter drizzle!). Every bite is refreshing and satisfying without feeling heavy.

Their smoothies are just as impressive—perfectly blended, not overly sweet, and packed with real ingredients. You can tell they care about quality in everything they do.

The staff is friendly, fast, and always happy to offer recommendations or customize your order. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Purple Banana is a must-try. You’ll walk out feeling good, inside and out.

10/10. Can’t wait to come back! 💜🍌🍓🥥

cashier didn’t want to take my order. I was the only one in the store. And she directed me to use the kiosk. Which wouldn’t have been a problem at the store was busy. If I wanted to deal with technology and ordering my food, I would’ve done so. On top of that while she was making somebody else fool, while I was waiting for my order, her AirPod kept falling out of her ear, and she kept putting it back in not changing the gloves.

Salad was subpar. Decided to try this restaurant d/t the reviews. The salad did nothing for me. Nearly$20 for a handful of kale, frozen chicken and half an avocado. Avocados are like .79 at Aldi's, really!? These places are a total rip off. Maybe, I'll try a smoothie, but will not go there for food.
