I wanted to love this restaurant, because there are no sit down restaurants like this in this area, but I can’t recommend it at this

The restaurant inside has its own personality when it was remodeled a few years ago. With it's earthy wall fixtures and wall mural of an old Chinese restaurant. If your brave highly recommend pork kidneys and even frog. Portions are always for two or a little than that. If you want the next level Chinese food this is the place and always spicy.Vegetarian options: A lot of tufu substitute for the meats. A lot of options and vegetables to choose from.Parking: There isn't just parking in the front there is space on the side and back of building.

We were seated right away. There were 4 of us and we had never been there before. The Ambiance away from the front windows was a plus. The Service was great, the Food was OK but the server was neither. She was not friendly or helpful when asked about menu items. She was abrupt, not friendly, and seemed as though she didn't enjoy her job. She showed no affect to help us feel welcomed and that was very off-putting.

The dry pot was very good im very happy with it. The mapo tofu was OK I've had better and the buns were OK price wise. Service was fine and the place was clean. I love the spice it was spicier than some other Sichuan I've had so I appreciate that. I could go hotter but it was fine. Little pricier than I'm used to but that's just the east coast I guess
