I love their fried haddock sandwich with fries and for $8 you won't find a better meal for the price. Not to mention the dinner portion with fries and the options of coleslaw or macaroni salad for just under $15 it's a no brainer! Just remember to bring cash because credit cards aren't accepted.
This is our favorite place when we visit home! My husband and I have both been coming here since we were children, and have continued to for years. The haddock is the best and we have tried other places. They also have the best clam strips, and the house made Cole slaw and tartar sauce are so good.
Staff was inviting and friendly. Food was fresh and hot out the pan. Onion rings were also fresh. A lot of food for tbr money. I WISH they took cards, tho. No one carry cash anymore. It was pouring down rain and I had to leave and go find an ATM. I could've kept going home but once I get a taste for something, there's no stopping me. This was my first time eating here.
