Over $40 for three cheese steaks. Most over salty overcooked sandwiches ever. Un edible. Live and learn I guess ??♂️

New owners - prices went up double, and quality isn’t any better. Thought if they slapped a fancy name and “rustic” pizza on it it would be better. It’s the same product. Lady on the phone is

Called in an order for a large meatlovers pizza. When we went to pick it up we had a 50% off coupon for a specialty pizza. There location was listed on the back of the coupon along with 2 other locations in Syracuse. They would not honor the coupon or even give any type of discount for the inconvenience. Sat and waited 45mins. No reason it should've taken that long especially because they weren't busy. When we arrived home we also noticed they left off the pepperoni and bacon.Very disappointed with this business and their service as well as the food.

Ordered a 2 topping calzone, came to 22 dollar's and some change. Most expensive calzone I've ever had (or didn't have) Sadly it was very undercooked and a soggy dripping mess... complete trash! Tossed that garbage into the river, at least the carp were fed. Should of read the reviews before trying this place. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

Solid NYC style pizza they prices are good and the service is better.
Thin crust is amazing! Best NYC style pizza in my opinion!
Wacky Wednesday Part 2.I just wanted to do a follow up on Sardo’s in B’ville. It looks like whatever went wrong last week with the dough has been corrected. Pie was solid and piping hot with a crispy crust. Definitely more an Upstste/WNY vibe but nothing to be ashamed of at all. Especially at two pies for a little under 20 bucks. Staff was pleasant and the place was clean and my order was on time. The specialty slices looked really good from behind the glass. Will definitely give it another go in the future. I do want to check out the wings next time.
Pizza was delivered uncut and burnt til it was black. Only second time ordering here (first time was great) but will not be ordering again
Ordered lg pepperoni thin crust got thick crust burnt...replacement pizza worse than the first...just thrown together....undercookedand burnt on the bottom...if thats possible....if I could post pictures I would....never will order again from Sardo's
