The staff was incredibly friendly, the pizza was the best I’ve had in NY (and I’ve lived here my entire life)10/10 would recommend! I’m forever getting food from there in the future.

I stop by on my break every now and then and have also also recommended Sbarro to one of my employees. After a recent aggressive and rude encounter with the Manager though, I will not be ordering anything from here again nor will I recommend it. I have great relationships with some of the Managers at the food court and have never been spoken to the way this Manager spoke to me. It truly is a shame.

Rude gentlemen at the serving line, pretty sarcastic. I apologize for asking questions but it was my first time eating here, never again though. I got the stromboli with the ziti. The stromboli itself was good but the pasta was atrocious and it didn't help that the server was playing with it moments before out of boredom. The ziti was soupy and liquidy, zero flavor what so ever.

I was very impressed by the employees and their patience with the customers. Mike helped me tonight and was extremely calm and patient with a child that was in distress while ordering. There was also a woman at the end of the line with a big smile and kind attitude. The servers were very pleasant!

I've personally gone to Sbarros at Destiny for as long as I can remember. Each and every time, without failure I've had great food at a good price. I've brought numerous people with me, trying to convince them how good it is, of course they think I'm over exaggerating. But when we get there and sit down, it's always above and beyond.

Stopped to grab after a lacrosse tourney to feed hungry players. 3/4 of the slices were wrong. 50 bucks and we threw it out and got McD's at first rest stop.

I called the location at 7:10 pm to order and they said they were closed but it shows they are open till 9:00 pm. Last time I called at 8:00 they told me I couldn't place an order for a pizza because they need more time to make the pie. This time they didn't even ask me what I wanted just stated their closed. I'm disappointed their unable to make a pie within 20 minutes, but glad I had the opportunity to go somewhere else.
