Was going to place an order, but customer service really wasn’t too friendly. It was a lot of young kids working in there and the kitchen area was a disaster so maybe you guys need to improve in that area and with customer service. There was one young lady when I walked in with a friendly face and greeted me with a smile, but other than that, you guys need to work on your customer service and cleanliness.

I'd give the food 5 stars if I received my fries. Simple order, 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 of those Korean and 2 shakes. Missing 1 fry, how does this happen, it's on the bag receipt. I won't be back, 50$ and a missing fry. Nope.

Since it just opened, there is still a massive wait during dinner time, especially on the weekends. If you can, order online with the app a few hours in advance. They turn off online ordering when they get slammed. Even with the online order ahead, my order was 15+ minutes late.
