Stopped at the Mercantile location today and got a tiramisu bun and their special coffee.Holy cow, the bun was phenomenal. It looked like a giant slice if tiramisu! The bun had a great soft texture, but strong enough to hold loads of marscapone.I can't wait to try some of their savory buns next.

My mom patronized with them and she said the cashier was rude and didn’t greet her and the bun was subpar. We’ll stick to CakeBar going forward.

Finally got to stop in and try. We had the coffee cake bun and it was delicious, soft and the perfect amount of cinnamon. I can't wait to try more of their buns.

My husband loves these cinnamon buns! So we went a second time and again did not disappoint. We ended to getting the big cinnamon buns since they were out of the regular size ones which they were HUGE! I got a bacon Mac and cheese cinnamon bun which was so good and very flavorful! I'm a sucker for savory and sweet combinations and this was so good! We also got their hot chocolate which I had once before and it was the best hot chocolate I have ever had had. However, the one I had today was too chocolatey and not as good as the one I had before. The service was good and everyone was so nice. You can actually see them making the cinnamon rolls which is cool. They are always changing up their menu with seasonal flavors which I think is nice and gives everyone something to come back and try. If I hadn't been there before I probably would have never found the place. They seemed busy so we had a little bit of a wait probably 10-15 minutes so just plan for that when you go. The only thing I would suggest is more seating. Would have been nice to eat there while it's nice and hot but there wasn't much seating room. Other than that we loved it and would go back. I would also recommend trying their bacon Mac and cheese special! It was so good!

Highly recommend! The apple crisp sweet bun was probably the best cinnamon roll I have EVER had! The server was very friendly and I loved looking at the other vendors in the market afterwards. So glad I found this little gem!

We purchased a dozen buns for Christmas and were disappointed at the size. They seemed less then half of the size we got when you had the pop up stores. To match the size my guess it would be over $10 for the basic cinnamon bun! The taste was good and we enjoyed them. For the price we would want the old larger size.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators are provided to get down and back up to lower level where Sinbun is.

After shopping upstairs we came down to find this coffee place. Guy was friendly enough. The tap to pay not working. Hubby & I each had coffee. Tried the sweet pretzel bites. There were 2 tables with chairs. We sat down, the bites were not warm or soft. Cold & stale. Went back to them. Lady in food area apologized & was to remake them. Guy was offering me a refund. I said I'll take the remake. Coffee is not at all tasty. Disappointed it's $3.50 ea. We are now eating the new batch. They're tasty , soft and warm.

Stumbled across this gem while Christmas shopping. My partner and I had already grabbed some lunch, so we got a sweet bun to split.. We ended up getting the Egg Nog Crème Brûlèe Bun and OH. MY. GOD. It was easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. I got hot chocolate too which was absolutely killer; nice and rich and definitely not from a packet or mix. My partner got a coffee and also said it was great, can't go wrong for under $4 nowadays. Can't wait to see what they think of next - I'll definitely be back soon. Don't sleep on this place!!

Had their classic cinnamon bun for the first time a year ago when Sin@Bun did a pop up at the Test Kitchen on North Salina. Hands down the best cinnamon bun I’d had for a long, long time. The one I got at Taste of Syracuse this past summer confirmed that first impression. Just had an another at their new Mercantile location—an apple bun—which was equally awesome. Moist, a bit savory, and not too sweet, not even the mouthwatering frosting. Try it, you’ll love it.

This is one of the best pop ups in Syracuse - food, service, and preparedness makes for a great customer experience! The texture of the buns is incredible - super fluffy and lends itself to all of the amazing toppings they’ve put together! The sweet buns are absolutely the best of the best - sweet without being overly sweet. And the savory buns are my favorite - it’s such a creative idea and every flavor combo they’ve created has been a 10/10. If you see Sin Bun anywhere, you have to go!
