Syracuse, don't sleep on SINBUN. This place is incredible. I tried one of the savory buns over the weekend, and I was immediately hooked. So today I went back and got a four pack.
Listen. These things are so delicious, it's unreal. Plus, the presentation of them? I mean look at how pretty they are. Couple all of this with the fact that the people working there are as nice as can be. This place is dope. I recommend everyone try it out.

SINBUN is a unique Syracuse business where they do a spin on the classic cinnamon bun. While I have not yet tried any of their tantalizing savory buns, I have been a huge fan of the sweet buns. Their Coffee Cake Bun and Apple Crisp Crème Brûlée Bun are out of this world. I am so excited to see what you do next as you continue to break barriers and define what a SINBUN of Syracuse is.

So delicious! I got seasoned fries and a brownie bun. The fries came out HOT and the bun was delectably warm but not too warm. I usually think the dough in cinnamon buns is too thick/tough but this was perfect. Not sure the name of who took my order but they had curly dark pinkish-purple hair and were very nice!

I’m not from the area but I enjoyed SinOBun. I had the Loaded Fries and Chicken Pieces (not the real name for the chicken). This was more than enough - I had lots of leftovers. The service was amazing. When I return I will make sure to stop by.

The creme brulee bun is what I ordered and as I type this I'm regretting that I didn't take a picture!
The bun was very uniformly covered with all the flavors so splitting this with my girlfriend was very easy. It was also very moist and melted as you took a bite. I've had many good cinnamon buns that are a little dry but my order here was nothing like that.
Also shout-out to Abby (so sorry if I misspelled your name!) for being a cinnamon roll artisan. The plating done for my order was beautiful and looked better than any other dessert I've ordered. If the quality of the food is as good each time as what I had, I'm sure the other employees will begin to recognize this face!
Vegetarian options: All of the sweet buns are vegetarian, and although the savory buns have meat (except for the regular Mac and cheese I think) you can probably ask for them without it
I ordered a pizza bun and I wasn't thrilled about it. My friend ordered the buffalo chicken wing bun and she loved it. So I guess I got the wrong thing. But staff is friendly and it's a great and clean environment.

Did a pick up order on local (toast). So I can’t really rate the atmosphere. The employee was very nice. The sweet buns were delicious. The savory (CBR And Mac & cheese) were ok. They tasted pretty similar to each other.
As a savory food lover over sweets I was surprised that the sweets were my favorite. The strawberry shortcake was my favorite!
Parking: There is free parking in the back. However the lot was full and had to use paid street parking.
