Two large shakes. Not blended. Huge chunks of cookie. Can't use the paper straws in them. Took the shakes home and blended properly. Broke up the chunks, was a good shake then. 15 mins in the drive through. I don't go here often because of the time it takes for basic orders.
I eruption love to taste this location higher but the quality continues to decline. Some of the staff ate very friendly and courteous while others could not seem to care less that you are there which is very sad to me coming from a history of the service industry. If you choose to accept that type of work, even if you're having a bad day, why is it necessary to share that with customers? It sets a negative tone.

This location has a lot of ups and downs. Food quality is generally quite good. Drinks are always great. Wait time is where you really can see some variety. Sometimes you will be in and out with just a few short minutes. Other times I've waited at the drive through window for what seems like forever. I have stopped trying to use the park and order booths because they have such strange service hours.
