This place offer dinner in bed or a trolly car surrounded by woodwork that would make older establishments weap for forgotten ellagance. All paired with a whimse that delights. The food is the homemade delight that is the frosting on this cake.
We literally waited at the host stand for 10 minutes on a Saturday at 5:15pm and not a single person came out. The restaurant looked like it wasn't even open, even though it was. Would love to tell you how the food was, but we left after not being seated or seeing a employee in sight.
Was really excited to try a new place only to be severely disappointed. Ordered spaghetti, canned sauce and tomatoes with dry meatballs. Order Alfredo, canned sauce, burnt chicken. Overall just a disappointing experience. Really hope things could change especially for that price.
Ordered from door dash. Everything was fine until I found the mold on my tiramisu. Contacted door dash and didn't receive any credit or refund. Absolutely gross.
I definitely need the restraint to reach out to me. This is crazyđ€Łđ
The building and decor were cute and fun to walk around and look at. The kids had fun with the arcade games while we waited. Our appetizers were very good-toasted ravioli and a pizza log. My 6 year old enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs. My husband's lasagna was overcooked and the noodles were black. It was drowned in sauce to try to cover it up. My other son's chicken parm was OK at best. One part of the chicken was very good-the other was inedible. My spaghetti carbonara was not cooked correctly. It was spaghetti sitting in runny eggs. I ate the bacon off the top and didn't attempt the spaghetti. The service was excellent, the decor was fun and whimsical, but the entrees left something to be desired.
I've been once, wasn't busy and still had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Food was too salty for my wife and I. Worst 80 bucks I've spent on dining out in a minute. Won't be back.
Ordered a lasagna and shrimp scampi to go yesterday. My husbands lasagna was mostly sauce with barely any lasagna. And the to-go containers are so cheap that the sauce from my shrimp scampi destroyed the to-go container from the mositure and the sauce leaked all over my back seat and everything else in the bag.
The pasta wast not fully cooked. The salad was small. Sevice was adequate. Nothing I would go back for.
Hostess proceeded to tell me she didnât know what penne was, when I read the menu options verbatim back to the Hostess per their website and specifically said âspaghetti, fettuccine, rigatoni and gluten free penne.â The Hostess then says âso you want gluten free rigatoni?â I said âno I want penne.â To which she replied âI donât know what that is.â After a few minutes of consistent confusion, I decided I was so upset and flustered I hung up the phone. Penne is penne. Then upon calling back to complain to management 30 minutes later the Hostess refused to give her name. Which working in customer service I can understand how that can be controversial, but still she was rude and personally I think she knew she had made the mistake of not being informed of the menu options. When speaking to management the manager then proceeded to state that she heard the whole conversation and said I didnât specify gluten free penne and that their menu options change from time to time. Penne is penne. Gluten free or not. Itâs a basic Italian pasta. Going forward I would suggest the company incorporates product knowledge into the employeeâs tasks. It takes too long to get your order no matter the time of the hours we come in here. The food is descent but they are too under staff. The place has a potential, however, they need a better management. There were only two tables that were being served but we still waited about 40mins for the meal.

Amazing great food and prices....
So we decided we would love some Italian food, so we immediately thought of Spaghetti Warehouse. The food as always wonderful. We had Angelina as our server which she did not seem like she wanted to even be there. The hostess gave her a table and she began yelling at her in the middle of the dining room. Very unprofessional and if I was the boss she would have been terminated. We will no think twice about returning.
Have lived in Syracuse for over 25 years but never went to this restaurant until last week. The entry to the restaurant looks so dingy it's hard to tell that the place is even still open. There is an actual trolley car in the dining room. In the heyday, it was probably very cool with the old fashioned decor, but now it just looks run down and sad inside. Chairs at tables were all mismatched and the tables had cheap plastic table coverings. Our server, a very pleasant young female with dark hair and glasses was doing her best. My cocktail tasted watered down. We ordered pasta dishes, which were okay but far from really good. We came, we saw, but not likely to return.
