We’re a hockey family that travels all over the northeast and you never know what you’ll get with a restaurant in a hotel. That being said this restaurant blew us away and exceeded expectations. I had the brisket sandwich and it was fresh, flavorful, hot, and not at all soggy even in the takeout box. Wife got the burger and shes never had as good experience on the first time ordering from an out of town restaurant. Definitely save yourself a door dash or grub hub fee and order...
Dined here multiple times over a three night stay. Amy was our bartender each time and made our dining experience great with drinks and food choices at the restaurant. She also gave great recommendations to have a good time in Syracuse outside the hotel. She’s a gem and the perfect bartender to make you welcome in a city you don’t know!
