I was appalled at how dirty this location was today. Dust you could write your name in, sticky spray all over machines that customers walk past. I know it’s constantly busy but take 2 mins and wipe off surfaces!The baristas were working hard but my heart went out to a new trainee who was clearly overwhelmed and had no one supporting her. You can do better Starbucks manager!

Possibly the worst managed Starbucks I've ever seen in my life. Slow, sloppy clueless baristas. Location was hard to find (it's near the food court, but Google maps was not much help.)

Kendrick, the manager, was gossiping and talking trash about employees to 2 customers loudly while the store was crowded. I asked the cashier where we were on the line and she asked him he said rudely and loudly to me “if you want a refund I can give you one “. I stated again I wanted an answer to my question were the people on the line in the store handled before the people who placed order online for pickup… because we waited a long time for our drinks. Again he rudely said if I wanted a refund he would gladly give me one” . Trash management and he should be the one fired (not the employees he was trash talking about)

Everyone is very attentive. Greet you as soon as you walk through the door with a smile and welcome to Starbucks.I really like it there. And I love your peppermint coffee mocha.Vegetarian options: It was a rap it had spinach cheese. It just looked really good and I've gotten it 3 times as soon as I see it. I can tell you which one it is.But it is delicious.

My experience here was AWFUl. Grass is a terrible employee, Starbucks should be ashamed that she works for them. I normally do not write reviews but I had to give in today. She was rolling her eyes as each customer was ordering and started off our interaction with “what am I doing”. No employee should act like that. I get that it’s busy however it’s your job, you’re getting payed I’m not. #firegrass

I ordered a iced matcha pumpkin spice latte in a grande size with whipped cream, the cashier must've misheard me because I got a tall iced pumpkin spice chai latte, a completely different drink! I almost shrugged it off because I understand what it's like being a barista and things happen. The chai latte isn't too bad but not what I was looking for so I went up to the counter and told them there's been a mistake then gave them my actual drink order. Then they gave me a plain matcha latte that wasn't properly mixed. The service was great but the execution was not so I was dissatisfied.

Waited 45 minutes a cup of coffee. I am beyond upset! A lady with purple hair took my order. I patiently waited and saw everyone ordered after me got their order. I walked up and asked a lady, who is African American where is my drink. She checked and told me that they are working on your order. Waited more time and still did not come. I went to the counter and asked again for my drink. They lady with long blond hair told me, she can't hear me. I waited asked again and told her that I have been waiting for a long time. The lady with long blond hair yelled that "We are all busy working on the orders. I am sorry your order did not come."Finally the lady with purple hair came and asked what's going on. She did not find my order....She made my drink and gave me a card for a future drink.The moral of the story... The lady with purple hair never put in my order. The African American girl did not find my order and lied that they are working on my order. The blond hair girl accused me for being inpatient! Okay, Starbucks is very popular! The customer service sucks! I hope the store manager, region manager, and corporate manager are reading this! Well don't worry. I will make sure this complaint will be deliver to the right people. It is not right to humiliate customer and ignore our request for something we paid for. This is unacceptable!
