i don’t know who she was but to the brown roots with blonde haired girl working november 30th 2:15pm (she was absolutely so sweet!!) if you can let her know that the 3 peppermint strawberry açaí lemonade doesn’t take like the panera mint strawberry charged lemonade but it’s still pretty good that’d be amazing!!! and thank you for taking our weird request lol!!

My daughter and I were there this morning during a huge rush. There were some less-than-friendly customers who were frustrated by the wait but the line was out the door and the drive-thru was packed. The staff was so kind, tried to be so helpful and just remained calm and got the orders out as fast as they could with a smile. Awesome job!

I was there on Red cup day and the line was very long. There was only one Barista on at the time. Her name was Olicia and she was so pleasant. She maintained a smile and positive attitude despite the stress. Shout out ?

Great coffee, but never on time. 20 - 25 mins for a cup of coffee is too long. There's a lot of people working, making funky drinks but an actual hot coffee takes too long. Maybe another machine to help speed up the process. Hopeful still, the coffee is good.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this Starbucks. Me and my friend were trying to get our drinks before shopping, when we made it to the counter we were instantly treated with disrespect as the barista rudely told us to give her a minute before we even said anything or made it to the counter. After that we waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged again. It's completely understandable that they need time to make everyone's orders as there were only 2 of them working but what's not understandable was the way we were treated. Once the barista finally got back to us she didn't acknowledge the wait time we just had, she just rudely asked us what we wanted. As we said our orders they didn't have one of the items I ordered which was fine, the barista rudely said "yeah we don't have that" I said okay no problem then thought about what to get instead while I was thinking the barista said once again rudely "so we don't have that" referring once again to the item I had already told them while I was just trying to think of something else to order. I ended up ordering a dragon drink and we waited for our drinks to be ready, once they were ready she gave me a pink drink instead of a dragon drink. I kindly reminded her that I ordered a dragon drink instead, I know everyone makes mistakes so I was patient and waited for it to be remade. She was not happy that i stood up for myself asking for the drink i ordered. she rudely took the pink drink back and made the dragon drink instead. she did not apologize or acknowledge her wrong doings by making the drink wrong she continued to slam the dragon drink down on the counter and walked away. I hate to he a bother but neither of us were satisfied with this service and want to make sure it doesn't happen again thank you for hearing me out.

This is the Starbucks in Target and the ladies here are so nice. Pleasant, great workers despite the long line. My shaken Expresso was perfect.

Waited for 37 minutes to get my coffee. With only 7-8 people in front of me. Two employees were really really slow with no customer service what’s so ever. Fire them two or train them how to work faster and have some customer service. Starbucks you owe me!

Kyle at this Starbucks is so generous! Great customer service and made my drink perfectly, asked me if it was made how i like! He had other customers but balanced it all extremely well and very professionally. Could tell he is a wonderful person. Made my day more than my drink did! Thank you!

One employee (I believe her name was Grace) was standing around talking while the other was left to both take orders and make them with a decent line of customers waiting. I wish I’d gotten her name because she was doing a great job managing things on her own, but Grace clearly doesn’t care about her job or the customers. When Grace finally did make one drink, she slid it haphazardly across the counter and said “here”

Coffee was good. Service was good. Only drawback is that they removed the customer dining area. You can't dine in so you have to either leave or carry your purchase around the store with you. It is inside Target so this kind of socks.
