This is one of the worst wait times at a Starbucks I have ever seen. 27 minutes for a mobile order to be filled on a Wednesday morning. The store alsoDoesn’t have the usual napkin station / counter. It’s very odd. This store needs an operational overhaul.

destiny was the kindest barista i have ever met! she was very helpful, and lit up the entire room. we were able to share a few laughs, and she definitely brightened up my day. this Starbucks outshines the others by far!!

This location is terrible. Had to wait a half hour for an unsweetened iced tea and they messed up the order and added sugar and I had to wait another 20 minutes for a new one.

I have been here three times, and now I’ve learned my lesson that it just isn’t worth it. The coffee is just bad, like the espresso is burnt. I never send coffee back, but my first visit I did because it was a cold brew that was 90% foam. Today I waited 40 minutes for a mobile order, which just made me feel foolish. That was it - done with this place and there are plenty of other shops with better coffee. They said their machine was broken, but in my experience everything is consistently bad.

Not sure what is going on with Starbucks but the service and availability of menu items at this location is the absolute worst!!! Don’t waste your time here, odds are they don’t have it and you will be disappointed.

We waited about half an hour for our order. I was given the wrong order. I ordered a decaf coffee and instead of decaf they gave me a caffeinated beverage. I am very sensitive to caffeine and in my situation the amount of caffeine I drink is important. This was highly disorganized and unsafe.

Does not prioritize mobile orders. Highly disorganized waits for mobile order to arrive, stand in line and describe the order to start the order. Several employees on duty yet no structure to handle orders efficiently. Employees run around in chaos with no command or control of the flow of orders. Orders run late, lacks understanding of how to maximize steps to complete tasks at hand

Ordered ahead on mobile app for in-store pickup, when I arrived cafe was closed and had to sit in drive thru line for 45 mins for a latte and a wrap. If you don't have enough staff just close the shop. This store is consistently slow and backed up. Will not be returning.

I'm trying to figure out why this place is even open. It is quite simply the worst run Starbucks I've ever been to. Today was my third(and last) time going. Note to the owner: If you're understaffed, CLOSE YOUR STORE until you're not!! By the way, I'm only giving it one star because I have no choice. If I did, I would give it negative stars.
