Today 6/18/25, I went through the drive through around 12:20/12:30 for an Ice water. It’s hot and I drive a lot for work. When I have the time I do often stop for water at a gas station but sometimes I need to just quickly go in a drive thru. Today I was told I need to purchase something to get a water. Are you kidding me?? That is the first I have ever heard that from anywhere, anywhere else will give you a large ice water without issue. I said something and she gave me a water this time, a grande with little to no ice. Didn’t know the ice and water came out y’all’s paychecks. I go to Starbucks, nearly every morning for my coffee. Pretty disappointing you can’t give customers a water without purchasing something. Also when are we gonna stop hanging the machine out the window begging for tips.

I feel bad for writing this review because I’m sure the employees are just doing what they are told, but it has to be said. The last few weeks every time I have come in to pick up my mobile order there is writing on my cup and it always says very nice things but my issue is that I don’t want toxic marker on my cup. It’s all I can smell when I sip my coffee and it ruins the taste as well as permanent markers CAN seep through plastic and I don’t want that in my drink. I don’t have time to go into the cafe and order that’s why the mobile ordering is so convenient, so I will no longer be buying from Starbucks unless I can find a location where there isn’t writing on the cups. The employees here are so nice and I don’t want them to get in trouble but I’m sick of spending upwards of $8 on a cup of coffee just to smell toxic chemicals the whole time I drink it.

they are pretty rude here, i was having a bad day and wanted to lighten myself with some starbucks but they were just so mean and nasty :( i went around 5pm so it wasn’t even that busy so i don’t understand why
i’ve came here multiple times before as well, not necessarily any problems but the atmosphere is way less welcoming than any other location i’ve been to

I stopped in today with my three year old daughter, I’ve been a huge supporter of star bucks for years and it’s certainly something I enjoyed treated myself and my family with.

That being said when my daughter and I walked in I noticed the staff has pushed every chair into the center of the store to maintain a perimeter from the front door to the counter.

There was about 18 orders on the counter and 6 people standing inside waiting. The store was very busy, I thought it was weird but I had worked in hospitality for 8 years and I’m 100 percent fine patiently waiting in line and waiting for my coffee.

After waiting “in line” which was just a long line of people waiting to ask why their online order wasn’t ready I was up. I asked to order my usual and the staff at the counter informed me that they were not accepting in person orders… only orders from the app or the drive thru.

Even if the store was too busy to take customer orders I find this incredibly disappointing and embarrassing for the staff and management.

I’m referring to the monetary barrier of entry on ordering coffee. Requiring a phone which costs additional money or a more expensive vehicle to order a coffee is absurd. From a company that orders every food item from a prepackaged supplier. This a company that only cares about their dollar. It was a massive slap in the face not to be able to walk in and order a coffee. I will be moving to Freedom of Espresso and other local coffee company’s who have a sense of community.

I ordered my normal drink yesterday which I add vanilla sweet cream to as I drove away from the store I realized it was much too strong and went back to ask for a small amount of vanilla sweet cream to add to my coffee. When I went back today to order my normal order I was asked rudely what was wrong with my drink yesterday as if me requesting more sweet cream shouldn’t tell you that it was too strong. Well that will be my last order from Starbucks I realize that my 2 $8 coffees a day will not break the company but maybe they should train their baristas to make drinks all the same way instead of questioning customers rudely for asking for what they’ve paid for!!

Love the coffee, this location has the worst, service ever! 30 minutes for a frappacino, 30 minutes! Then, my order was wrong! Can't even get the order right.
Their app is joke and the service is this bad. They are rude and condescending and don't care about helping you at all. Treating your customers like a bother isn't "trendy" it's just bad business. Unfortunately, this location is nearby and I get stuck going there. Now, they know who give these reviews, so they treat you even worse when you order, because they know who ut is. I watched my sticker get skipped about 4 times, intentionally. It was discrimination as well. No need to be nice to the straight white guy. He can wait. ?? I will do my best to go elsewhere.

I am a therapist that travels between homes/daycares all day. I visit this location 2-3 times a day to work on documentation, use the restroom, and of course grab coffee. I absolutely love it here. The staff welcomes me in every time and will often engage in conversation. They are very personable and FAST. I order on the app and they are always so quick to complete my order. The cafe is always spotless- including the bathrooms. I rarely write reviews, but for this Starbucks location, I felt like i had to. Side note: of course their coffee is always amazing :)

This is the slowest store by fair the drive through is always backed up and it takes so long to get your drink.

the guy who took my order was super nice but the people who made my drink are actually blind. got a pink drink with the cup filled to the brim of just ice and requested extra strawberry inclusions and didn’t even get a single strawberry. the customer service is amazing but the drinks r terribly made.
