I am a therapist that travels between homes/daycares all day. I visit this location 2-3 times a day to work on documentation, use the restroom, and of course grab coffee. I absolutely love it here. The staff welcomes me in every time and will often engage in conversation. They are very personable and FAST. I order on the app and they are always so quick to complete my order. The cafe is always spotless- including the bathrooms. I rarely write reviews, but for this Starbucks location, I felt like i had to. Side note: of course their coffee is always amazing :)

This is the slowest store by fair the drive through is always backed up and it takes so long to get your drink.

the guy who took my order was super nice but the people who made my drink are actually blind. got a pink drink with the cup filled to the brim of just ice and requested extra strawberry inclusions and didn’t even get a single strawberry. the customer service is amazing but the drinks r terribly made.

It was a completely disgusting experience. Thank god the food was good. There was a woman in the drive thru with a long brown pony tail that seemed to only care if a white person asked her about their drinks. My husband who is Dominican and his family were ignored. Their drink was lost. He went up to ask her where the drinks were nicely and she explained to him how many drinks were ahead of his. And then somehow they lost his ticket? It took a white person going up to ask where our drinks were to get them made right away. Absolutely disgusting. I will never step food in a Starbucks again. I’m sick of places in this world being racist and clearly this Starbucks is. Not the first time. You have lost a customer for life.
Waited for 10 minutes for a latte, even though I’m the only person in the store, while they fulfilled mobile order after mobile order. Then the latte is half foam and after getting it fixed, it’s lukewarm. Definitely not a normal Starbucks experience. A wonderful setting for sure, a very modern and proper coffee house. I really like the new Bean to cup coffee machines most locations are now using. At this particular store, the labels on the Hopper containers were so small that they were unreadable and I simply could not see which coffee was being offered. When I asked the barista, she simply said "light medium dark" which was certainly not the answer I was looking for as there are several varieties of each roast which not everyone equally prefers. I suggest larger labels so the customer can know exactly which coffee is available.

Unbelievable. Got there 11:44am. Got 4 drinks. Got 3 frapps at 11:52am. Didn’t get my chai until 12:26pm. They need more staff or better staff or just more machines. Definitely smarter staff tho. One lady was on the front of the counter talking to customers instead of helping the girls in the back with drinks when she knew the wait time was 30 minutes. Don’t suggest going there on holiday weekends.
