I used to love Stella's; there was a variety of foods to choose from, it was pretty good most of the time, and the service was so good that it didn't matter so much anyway. What changed? The menu has been limited and the newer offerings lack the correct ingredients (I got a bowl of shredded mozzarella in lieu of fresh mozzarella balls? How about just tell me out right you can't make what you advertised) and frankly something has made it that the service is lacking. We wait way too long, and it's not busy, the servers seem overly stressed and we watched a party of 14 wait for over 1/2 an hour for the Stella's staff to coordinate 3 tables together. I feel for whatever is going on with the management but with 2nd Chance just across the street, it's time to step it up.

Stella Diner in Syracuse is a solid classic. We had the French toast and an omelette. Both were fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. Portions were generous, service was quick, and the vibe was relaxed. It’s the kind of place you go to when you want a no-fuss, satisfying meal. Would definitely come back.

Camillus location. Many people waiting, so we were outside and concerned about not hearing our name called. We wound up getting inside just as our name was called. We gave our drink order, then began wondering if it had been forgotten. Eventually, our drinks
were brought and our order taken. Part of our order was missing and it felt like our waitress didn't want to deal with us. We wound up asking the hostess about it after she seated someone else. Food was very good. I would recommend going to the original Stella's over this location.

A casual sit in diner. It's Betty Boop themed and a great atmosphere. Excellent service and great food.
