Since I arrived at the bus station, it was very quiet and there were almost no customers. My bus was late, so I went to the counter, but the lady there was extremely rude. She said she was on a 15-minute break, but the entire time she wasn’t doing anything. I was already very hungry, and even after more than 15 minutes, the “on break” sign was still on the counter. If I were the owner, I would be worried & this kind of service will ruin your business. This happened on December 2, 2025 at around 12:20 noon. If you’re the owner reading this, please know your business is suffering.

Does subway not allow customizations anymore? The lady insisted that I had to order the menu sandwich exactly how it appears on there without any changes or customization. She wouldn’t even let me change the sauce or add veggies. She was so rude and abrasive.

I was the assistant manager at the first subway to open in walmart in Ohio. As a vegiterian, I used to love Subway until today. I'm waiting on a bus to get to my next job and see a subway here at the syracuse Grey Hound bus station. I got a veggie delight. And will never do subway again. You get 6 olives, 6 pickles, 3 fingers of lettuce, NO cheese, no crackers, and I can respect no bags because it is plastic. The cost for nothing is $8.00. Along with a bunch of nothing that ends up being a veggie delight, you get a very rude woman who shows you a card to justify her not adding extra black olives when I asked for them. SUBWAY, soon another company will make you remember what your original goal was when you started so long ago. Let your families and all you love experience the same lack of love and kindness you offer to the people. Be it health, public, or in all things you do. Greed is its own poison

Ordered a sub, was asked did I want anything else on sub after the food was rung up( too late now) asked for ice told no can't get ice in my cup, and had to purchase a soda to get ice, Don't waste your time here!!! Go across the street to the mall more option less hassle, better customer service and experience

I was waiting 40+ minutes while two ladies worked on some kind of big order and could not be bothered to stop and make one six inch sandwich. They said it was going to be a few, I didn't realize it would be 40+ minutes. Zero fks given to providing good customer service. Should have read the reviews before I decided to stop here for a sub, which I never got anyway...
