Subway employee refused to serve me a sandwich. She literally walked away from behind the counter. White woman with dentures problem. I’m not happy with the customer service that I received from this worker. Time 2:00 pm November 11th, 2024. Very bad. Not friendly and kept arguing with me as to what Subway does not do. I have purchase from Subway all over the world and have never encountered such disgraceful customer service from a worker at Subway franchise before in my life. I guest there is a first time for everything. I do not recommend anyone patronize this particular SUBWAY at the Greyhound Bus terminal in Syracuse, New York. She even stated that they do not do anything for Veterans or our military service personal on Veterans Day. Wow. Bad news all over. Just bad customer service.

Both ladies work over there. She’s really mad with me. They don’t make my subway. They told me I don’t want any food giving to you. She’s really bad behavior with me. I wish you have to fire this lady.

lady missing teeth told me i could only get up to 6 veggies on my VEGGIE sub. then proceeded to make me the worst sub i’ve ever eaten.

Definitely the worst subway I’ve been to!! The lady making the sandwich was rude as hell and doesn’t want to do any extra work so instead she said “it’s made as is” like if you don’t like your job then leave. They also charge 25 cents per napkin after only giving you one with your order. In addition ordered a WRAP but instead got some nasty flatbread as my wrap. At this point shut down if you can’t handle the job responsibilities forreal.

Since when was there no flexibility with menu items? It's not that hard to add cucumbers to a preexisting order and even then it should not cost a dollar extra.

Older lady making the food had a nasty attitude. Said nothing could be added to any orders probably to make it easier for her i guess. She was just nasty and rude. Would’ve got cursed out if i didn’t have a bus to run after . Especially after she knew that and almost like she purposely moved slower

Absolutely horrible experience, 2 different with the same nasty attitude. Rushing people to make up their minds, got nasty with someone who didn't speak good English and didn't know what kind of cheeses they had. Refused to add or take off anything that came on a menu sandwich, and after I got my food, I immediately came to the reviews and now more confused of why nothing is being done about getting nicer people or shutting this subway down in general. Will never eat there again
