I ordered my sub online at 11:40. I put 12:35 for it to be ready. When I got there they were just making my sub. The women behind the counter proceeded to tell me that because i ordered onions on my sub they had to cut one up. That's why it took so long. I also ordered 2 cookies but they just ran out before I arrived. Which is funny seeing how I placed my order over an hour ago. They need to hire more people on during lunch hours l!!

They don't put enough meat on ur suburb more eating others than meat they doesn't give u what u pay for theyre terrible price u paid for ur sub sand which should look like how it look on TV smh I'll never go back unless they improve there sub's

Very displeased with my trip this afternoon. Sandwich was fine, but the soda in the fountain was flat. Totally fixable - I asked the shift manager if he wouldn't mind changing the CO2 (takes like 10 minutes if there aren't any customers). He looked at me blankly and said 'ok' then proceeded to stand around for 15 minutes and not do anything. There weren't any customers coming in, and he refused to switch out the empty CO2, and he continued serving flat soda. I won't be back.
