The food is fine. It’s like any other subway. But be prepared to wait if you submit a mobile order. My order says it was ready at 1:10. I got there at 1:25 and it wasn’t even started. If you order ahead because you’re in a hurry you might as well show up right after it’s placed because that’s the only way they will start it on time. This isn’t a one off either not once have I placed a mobile order and had it ready when I got there to pick it up. Unfortunately this is the only subway in the area so I don’t have a choice when I want subway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went there on 01/19/2025 at 6 pm and there were tons of fruit fries on the coke machine. The machine syrup hasn't been cleaned or changed out. The inventory for the lettuce, and tomatoes, other veggies were very low. She was making her self food instead of tending to customers. This place is disgusting. Some short chick that works there. Bad attitude. Get rid of her.

Food was fine, this location is ghetto. Atleast they have a parking lot.

Parking: There's a parking lot and street parking, wheelchair friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a lowered sidewalk easy for wheelchair access. Handicapped parking as well!

Customer service was garbage, the employee with the ID #144, did not care at all. There were too many flies in the store, plus the counter was dirty. When I informed the employee of the flies he smiled and did not seem to care.

An Employee named Kaylee or Kailee I'm not sure how to spell it lol but she was very light hearted. She had welcoming energy and me and my fiance shared a good few laughs as she made our food. I definitely look forward to coming back. Very respectful, very professional ?

Had my boyfriend pick up subs for a few people. He was judged by the woman for ordering 3 subs and they’re were all very poorly made. Would not recommend this location.

The first time I went to this subway months ago I had the worst sub ever. One thin line of turkey and that’s it. This past Sunday 8/25/24 I went in around 4pm and the guy was amazing!! Best sub I’ve ever had. He had a huge line of people but he carefully made the subs and was extremely nice. This guy should get a raise or a promotion!!

His coworker, on the other hand, that came in, clocked in, and even though she clearly saw him with a huge line, went back out and sat in her car. Fire her.

Depends on the day you go with this place. It’s so different depending on who makes your sub.

This franchisee that owns this location needs his permit revoked. He under pays his staff, and they are always out of ingredients. He's an Asian guy that can't manage to own his business well.His staff cuss up a storm in front of customers and he allows it. Hardly any ingredients the 3 times I've gone.Employees their slack off at this location. I suggest not eating here and make it certain that this location closes.You want a better location go to the mattydale ny location instead.The atmosphere here sucks and the attitudes are poor. If I was manager I'd quit and tell the owner off.
