This is a bus terminal for greyhound this is my third time here and this store the employees always outside smoking put a sing break for 15 minutes wait it 37 minutes for then to be told they are closing. Bad Bad bad

Called them to make a complaint about not getting my food order wrong n the guy on the phone was heavy breathing n decided to not answer me n then hung up on me then called them back but put a busy singel on me

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I understand that this store may be understaffed but their hygiene need critical attention. I cannot described it but I'm leaving pictures. There were drainage flies and the worst was that the lady who attended me keep coursing, saying bad words the whole time, does not know about hygiene and gives poor to tremendously poor customer service. Everything is so dirty here.

The food is fine. It’s like any other subway. But be prepared to wait if you submit a mobile order. My order says it was ready at 1:10. I got there at 1:25 and it wasn’t even started. If you order ahead because you’re in a hurry you might as well show up right after it’s placed because that’s the only way they will start it on time. This isn’t a one off either not once have I placed a mobile order and had it ready when I got there to pick it up. Unfortunately this is the only subway in the area so I don’t have a choice when I want subway. 🤷🏼♀️

I went there on 01/19/2025 at 6 pm and there were tons of fruit fries on the coke machine. The machine syrup hasn't been cleaned or changed out. The inventory for the lettuce, and tomatoes, other veggies were very low. She was making her self food instead of tending to customers. This place is disgusting. Some short chick that works there. Bad attitude. Get rid of her.
Food was fine, this location is ghetto. Atleast they have a parking lot.
Parking: There's a parking lot and street parking, wheelchair friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a lowered sidewalk easy for wheelchair access. Handicapped parking as well!

Customer service was garbage, the employee with the ID #144, did not care at all. There were too many flies in the store, plus the counter was dirty. When I informed the employee of the flies he smiled and did not seem to care.

An Employee named Kaylee or Kailee I'm not sure how to spell it lol but she was very light hearted. She had welcoming energy and me and my fiance shared a good few laughs as she made our food. I definitely look forward to coming back. Very respectful, very professional ?
