I love subway, and this location food was good. However, the customer service is terrible at this location. I put a mobile order in for me and my friend, they messed up out sandwiches and got an attitude because we want them to fix our meal. How do you have an attitude because you messed up our food. I told her clearly that the other worker put my friends toppings on my sandwich and did my toppings on my friend sandwich. The girl had an attitude because we wanted them remade. She kept saying “call Tony” cause she didn’t know if they could remake our sandwiches. Mind you, we didn’t eat the sandwiches, all we did was open them to see if they were correct and they weren’t. So she tried to not give us our new sandwiches. It took for another worker who works at this location fully to remake our order and tell her they still would have to remake our order. She kept cursing while people was in the line and she was in the phone cursing as well. Then, the two females kept complaining because they last two days were slow, we were on break for college. This is our day back from our fall break. This was a terrible experience and I will never be back.

I went to this location and when I tell you the lightskin girl with glasses was so rude, throwing the food, talking while making the sandwich, not in a nice way. She needs to go, better yet send a secret person in there and you will see.September 17.

Generally had (and continue to have) very unpleasant experiences at this location. I understand that working food service in a university neighborhood is difficult, but there is no reason to take that unpleasant attitude out on customers. Employees are regularly rude and unpleasant to customers when I go here and stand in line.

I've been coming to this Subway since my husband had to be hospitalized in August 2024 until yesterday. I normally order a 12" Veggie Max with 1 of the patties wrapped separately and not heated. I was informed by an employee that if I downloaded the app then I could earn points for every dollar spent so that's what I did. I see a television ad-order online and get ANY foot long sub for $6.99. So I sit outside the restaurant and I place an online pickup order for a Veggie Delite because the Veggie Max Patty isn’t on the online menu. Therefore, me using my logic, I put in the comment section to add the Veggie Patties to the sandwich. I didn't think there would be an issue because "Any 12" for $6.99". The cashier told me that if it's not on the menu then you cannot order it. When I told him that that made no sense. His response to me was, “Well if it’s not on the menu then how can you order it. Right?” Nevertheless, he charged me for the patties and I went on my way. Yesterday, I placed another online order, this time for items on the menu. 12” Grilled Chicken and 6” Cheesy Garlic Steak with bacon. I wanted neither sub toasted. I picked up my order, walked back to the hospital, opened my sandwiches and was immediately LIVID! They did NOT even heat the chicken or the steak. THEY DIDN’T EVEN COOK MY BACON!!!!!!!!!!!! I heated my meats in the hospital microwave including the bacon. When I called the store, no one answered the phone. My worries should be at the hospital not about the food I’m PAYING FOR. I used to Manage Subway Restaurants and I would fire the person’s that made these sandwiches! They have very rude attitudes when you’re standing there telling them what you want but it seems like that’s what better because ordering online will make a person sick! My husband is still in the hospital so I still have to use that store but I will NEVER order online again. And I will NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone EVER!!!!!!!
If I could I would only give 1/2 a star because they did get the breads and the ingredients right.

I go there everyday. Crystal is the sweetest, nicest lady there, the staff are nice and helpful. Food is healthy and thy have a good court you can sit and eat!

Terrible energy and vibe as soon as you walk in. The older white lady who works here is a miserable cow to everyone who stops in to order (I’m assuming her husband doesn’t love her enough, but I can see why!). Not only is her attitude negative; but she doesn’t greet people, slams things, and overall just ruins the experience for customers. She thinks she’s powerful by ruining the vibe, in reality she’s showing how bitter she is and I just feel pity for her. Many students and customers agree she’s a cloud of negativity, almost witch like. However, the younger workers are so nice and respectful, and the environment feels much lighter with them around. IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR DAY RUINED, AVOID THIS LOCATION. Downtown Subway is much more laid back.

Apparently the workers here don't know how to read instructions because I asked for extra provolone and got absolutely none, and I ordered and paid for two cookies and only received one. Sick of workers like this that asked to get paid more and do less than the bare minimum.
