The only thing that was edible were the fried spring rolls. The chicken curry went in the trash after the first bite. It was slimy & inedible, like snot. absolutely disgusting. I should’ve known when i ordered & they didn’t ask me how hot/spicy I’d like it. not even a side of chili sauce 🌶️ . The salad was shredded lettuce, with sponge like croutons on it. Disgusting & a waste of my time & money. It’s no wonder the place is always empty. Fresh ingredients. Why don’t you put some care into your food? Ask yourself what you expect when you pay ridiculous amount & trust these people to care about the quality of the food they’re .

While the restaurant presented a clean and moderately pleasant atmosphere, the dining experience was severely hampered by exceptionally slow service. The food, when it finally arrived, was nearly cold, indicating a significant delay between preparation and delivery. To compound matters, the staff exhibited a level of rudeness that made the meal even more unpleasant. Cannot recommend this establishment.

Went here after touring Syracuse University on a really cold day. Went in for the pho and it was great. Service was great place is a bit run down, but I don’t really care about things like that it’s all about the food. Owner was extremely nice and spent time talking to us. Worth a visit.

Greeter was friendly but the pho was really small for the price.

Place don't be open when it say it's open.

Update went back when they was open. Ordered the banh mi sandwich and was not impressed. The sandwich had little bit of meat and was alittle dry. For $11 dollars i felt like i was eating mostly bread . Nice people will go a try something else.

Nice ambience and really prompt service. I ordered their Shrimp Pad Thai and Spring rolls which tasted really good. Would recommend this for authentic Thai food.

Went here for a birthday party, and they were absolutely amazing! The owner is super nice, and really took care of the group. The food is really tasty, and it’s a family run place that makes you feel welcomed.

I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant! They serve a wide variety of Asian cuisines, and I opted for Thai, choosing the garlic stir fry. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. What really stood out was the number of vegan options available—perfect for accommodating different dietary preferences. Even though we came during the busy lunch hour, the service was impressively quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Vegetarian options: They have tofu and vegetables.

The food was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate our dietary restrictions and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this establishment.

Dietary restrictions: I have to maintain an extremely low sodium diet. The chef was easily able and willing to cook a custom meal of rice, steamed veggies and beef without salt or sauces. Not their normal fare but the chef didn’t bat an eye and it was delicious!

Dissatisfaction. If you're here learning, this will not teach you what food tastes like. So much opportunity wasted. I hope it changes.

All good except there’s a kid, I think he’s a part of the family who owns TOA, and who just screams at the top of their lungs. It was a difficult place to have a work meeting.

I ordered pho and it’s refreshing and yummy, but for $16 I expected a bigger portion, esp since it’s located next door to campus.

I've gotten takeout here a few times and it's never been worth the price. This is a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant that doesn't do either well. The chicken satay lacks flavor. The bún bò huế was the worst I've ever had. The staff is nice, but the food is mediocre at best.
