We had Biscotti’s make our wedding pies 11 years ago and we wanted to go back for a little nostalgia. I ordered a pumpkin pie for my wife’s birthday and it was absolutely delicious! The filling was top-notch and the crust was delectable. Love going into the shop downtown, great atmosphere, and the staff is always pleasant and attentive.

I went to Biscotti Cafe for a birthday cake. Incredibly surprised by the beautiful varieties of cookies, cakes and pastries. We chose the canoli cake and it was delicious! They have a gorgeous assortment of Gelato too. You must go. They serve coffee and sandwiches too!

Stopped here on my visit after a local recommend it. The cannolis were good(only wish the shell was crunchy) the cream inside was perfect though, the gelato was delicious and creamy, and the Godfather sandwich was to die for. Loved the service. If I lived there I would go all the time.

Biscotti is truly amazing. My fiancé and I came in to do a wedding cake consultation, and I can not rave about Abby enough. She listened to us, didn’t pressure us and reassured all of our questions. She truly is a GEM. Cakes are such good quality and fairly priced for wedding tiered cakes. Abby never rushed us and calmed my nerves and concerns as well. If you are in the area, and getting married or thinking of ordering any sweets Biscotti is the way to go. All the staff is well mannered the establishment is clean! Go out there and give Abby your business, as a co owner she deserves it!!!! You will not regret it.

Call ahead and ordered a raspberry chambourd cake it was fantastic. Any cake I get from here is excellent as always. Plus they have fresh gelato which is hard to find . Very nice people here .

The pastries were terrible. I had high expectations given previous reviews. As a relatively well traveled person, I have a fair idea of what good quality Italian pastries should taste like. None of the varieties I ordered were even palatable. There was far too much sugar in the almond cookies that were also flat, the biscotti was incredibly dense and tasteless and the worst were the eclairs which had thick dough instead of choux pastry, thick sweet custard instead of light airy filling and thick congealed milk chocolate on top instead of a quality, dark chocolate, thin layer. I lost courage to even try the fourth item I ordered. I'm sorry I have to say all this but I was disappointed and felt cheated of the 30 bucks I spent on what I thought would be good quality Italian pastries. I hope the staff reading this will take my criticism constructively and improve the quality of their food.

I visited your establishment on June 11,2025 around 5:00pm. When I walked in I ask a couple if they had ordered yet and they said no so I waited.. I had been standing there about 5 min, so a Caucasian lady walked in and the server see I was standing there and she took the Caucasian lady who just walked in. I just want to say DON’T LOSE CUSTOMERS because the Caucasian server with the 2 jet black ponytails decide to take who she want. Maybe it’s best if you get something stating the line starts here. Again don’t lose customers because of a server.

I couldn't be more thankful for the staff that assisted us with the vision for the quinceañera cake, the patience the staff had whole time cake tasting, and the cake outcome was spectacular!
They took the vision my niece had and executed it with absolute perfection! Not to mention on it was delicious!

We used Biscotti's Café for our wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic! We ordered four different mini desserts, and each one was a hit as our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious they were. The quality and presentation were top-notch, and it was clear a lot of care went into every detail. Working with Biscotti's was incredibly easy and stress-free. They were responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to coordinate with from start to finish. We highly recommend them for any event, especially if you’re looking to impress your guests with amazing desserts. 5/5!

Great pastry shop overall, because of the excellent food options and very good service. This place just needs an upgrade on the atmosphere

Just not a very welcoming vibe as well because of the ugly northside properties. Not their fault.

If they touched it up a bit with more Italian art and clean it up a bit, and it would be the best place in the area in CNY. Get the Italian music going and upgrade the furniture.

Visited this pastry shop for the first time and it's safe to say that I'll be coming back. I have bakeries much closer to my house but this one offers a little more variety and also has seating. It was very close to closing time on Saturday but there were still people coming in. One young woman was out front and she was doing a great job helping everyone. Even though it was late in the day, my pastries were very fresh and tasted yummy!😋 The parking lot is small but I was able to find free street parking around the corner. Can't wait to go back and try other pastries.
