I went through the drive thru and it took forever, the worker gave me attitude when I asked for the change and receipt.

Went there around 12:30am. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through with no one in front of us. Finally someone asked us if we had a membership / rewards, and when we said no we didn't hear back from them. Waited an extra 10 minutes and decided to leave as no one bothered to take our order or answer us. Someone was inside cleaning the kitchen even though this location closes at 2am. Won't be coming back

On November 29th around 11pm or midnight, the person at the drive through asked if we had the mobile app and when we said no, she waited thirty minutes to take our order. When we pulled up to the window she was cleaning and made clear it wasn’t our problem. After one hour we left without food and with a cold from having our window down in the cold trying to order.

Service was way faster than usual definitley see some improvement needed to get my family some food after the basketball game an it was a success very polite an well mannered drive thru ladies there names were cass and destiny i just had to ask them there names AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! I will definitley be coming back ALSO ,thanks for the free taco with my ticket that was a good idea !!!!

It's always an issue at this taco bell. Drive thru girl was rude even when I tried to be nice about things since I been there before. First my daughter wanted to add 2 tacos so I told them if it was a big deal, not to worry about it but then there came the attitude. When we got our soda, it was out so I politely let her know and she gave us someone else's drinks that still weren't right but not enough to go further. She never gave me a receipt, never asked if we needed sauce, didn't take back the bad drinks we had and then asked if we were waiting for something else. I parked to throw away our bad drinks and checked the bag. I ordered a quesadilla that wasn't in there. Went inside to get some sauce and ask for it. The other girl came up and said I never ordered it. This could've just been resolved if I was given my receipt to begin with. Just trash. On a plus side the workers making the food were awesome, politely and funny. IF I ever go back, it will be for them!! Sorry not sorry for the rant. This is my 3rd time at this location in 2 years and its always something smh

The hours are indicated as open until 2am but I tried to order through the drive through at 12:30am and was turned away multiple times. They said they were only taking online orders and deliveries, but when I tried to place an online order I was also turned away and made to sit in the line for over 20 minutes. Extremely disappointing and a poorly run business.

Stoood there for 10 mins at the counter, no one came to take my order. The manager is too busy hitting on his employees to see people are trying to spend their hard earned money for some food. What a joke. Place was dirty too. Will most likely have corporate reply to this with a link to a survey that dosnt work. So sick of Taco Bell all their stores are like this

Went for breakfast and they don't listen worth a damn at the drive thru. Asked for crumbled sausage in my crunch wrap and get home to having 2 gross sausage patties instead. They also forgot the other half of my order. Place has gone down hill bad in the last few years. All the trash at the back door was a nice touch to drive past while pulling up to the drive thru window as well.

I barely come to this taco bell, even though its right next to my job. I cant say i’ve had one positive experience. There has been multiple times I’ve requested for my order to include sauces such as Diablo, and even state it multiple times at the intercom and every… single… time I am not given them. Sometimes my order is wrong or im missing something. I don’t want to say missing food happens every time, and sauce isnt a huge deal but when it seriously happens every time and the employees seem miserable to take the orders I can only perceive that they are too lazy to do their job correctly. It gets to the point where I don’t want to bother giving this location my money and take my business elsewhere. I cant say I’ve ever had this happen so often anywhere else. I know it may be my fault as im not checking the bag, but when you physically watch them put in the sauce on the intercom screen after requesting it multiple times you expect them to get it right.
