They need to turn off the delivery order system before they close. It's annoying driving all the way to the restaurant to find out they are closed

I came in there Through the drive-throughand I Ordered double Steak on my potatoes. I bring it home and it’s beef.. I called the manager to have it corrected and she blamed me and says well maybe she didn’t hear you ..and I said She definitely heard me cause I repeated it to her twice, and she repeated it back to me..she said well ,why didn’t you look at the screen? I hung up and came back to the restaurant…she tried to Deny that she had an attitude with me on the phone and tried to Argue with me again.. Then I said ma’am, can you please just make my food over… She walks away, makes the food come back and throws it on the counter and say have a good day.. Now this is the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong… The manager has a very nasty attitude..

The wait time for food is ridiculous, you have one employee making there own food after she playing with her hair another employee making food without gloves on absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat there

Awful experience ..every time.. lately it’s gotten worse. I was in the window for like 30 minutes no joke and this most recent time I went with the same staff there and it’s how slow they work I mean crazy slow I had to be in the lobby waiting 25 minutes… and its not like it’s slow it’s like they do it on purpose they know your waiting there and ant no one else in the room I don’t get it ..

Terribly slow service, lethargic crew. All seem stressed and rushed. Food was made poorly and all the customers seem stressed. Also had to rush eating my food after spending 45 minutes if my lunch waiting for my food that I ordered 15 minutes in advance. So that’s 60 minutes wasted. Nice.

Before I say anything, Jerry is great. Fantastic, high energy worker who seems to try and rally the team to be positive.
Otherwise, this place is an excruciatingly slow experience. So far, my lunches have been spent waiting for my food and watching employees not rally around to get things made with any efficiency, while one associate tries to hold the whole place together.
The company ought to invest in their employees, payroll and quality. With proper training, expectations and giving a damn about your employees, businesses can be successful.

Consistently terrible, consistently forgetful especially when it comes to delivery. This latest DoorDash gave me a driver who cursed me out from her vehicle while she made her child deliver the food and the restaurant forgot over 1/2 of my order
$15+for a quesadilla and 3 soft tacos. Waited in the drive thru for literally 25 minutes and it’s not even busy. This place is a real joke…finally got food..no sauces or napkins..they didn’t cut the quesadilla at all either. “Fast food”? For the time invested and the price…I will NEVER be back. It wasn’t even busy…not sure what happened, this place just got awful and it’s sad.

My son and I ordered a mobile pick up with over 65 dollars worth of food and when we came to pick it up, we waited in line 45 minutes just to be told they hadn't even made our food yet. They were not busy. There was literally no reason why we had to wait that long! I would not recommend getting your food here if you plan on eating it the same day.
