Went in, ordered at the kiosk, 20 minutes later they still hadn't started my burrito. A simple damn burrito. Their focus was on the drive thru, not the customer in the restaurant. Poor poor customer service.
I know it's the day after thanksgiving.But come on, folks do better p s i'm surprising spit my food

I came in with my partner around 8:30 PM on a Monday night. We ordered five items and were the only customers inside, but still waited about 15 minutes. Our food was made and left sitting on the pickup rack getting cold, even though we ordered dine-in and no one told us it was ready.
On top of that, we were charged for an item we never received. After already waiting, it was frustrating to realize part of our order was missing. The overall experience was disappointing — long wait, cold food, and being charged for something we didn’t get.
Hoping this location can tighten things up for future customers.

Came in and wanted a taco, it was before Interior closed, doors were unlocked and everything- instead the employee complained and stated lobby was closing early and told me to go through the drive through, I came at that time because I don't drive and CANT go through drive thru. So in summery- whoever was in the night of 11/23/25 at 6:30pm are lazy and incompetent

Used to be good months ago, but today they really boiled my piss. I showed up at an already backed up drive thru that was at a complete standstill for 15 minutes. Then a car pulls up behind me and now I know I'm committed. No going back, but the line still isn't moving forward. 20 minutes later I'm at the intercom and she says please wait. Another 5 minutes pass and she says they are only accepting cash at this time. I don't carry cash. I got stuck in the drive thru another 20 minutes and wasn't even able to order food. I'll never be back.

I really am confused how this Taco Bell manages to mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!! You need to hire people who are competent and can actually read !!!! It’s really not that hard to do your job the right way !!!! I worked in fast food for over 10 years …. It’s not rocket science literally the easiest job i have had but this Taco Bell screws up every time !!!!! And then when you call and try to have them fix their mistakes they argue with you and hang up the phone ???? Real professional….

I SAT IN THERE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES! Food came out COLD! Throughout everything they didn’t know what they were doing what order was next and instead of getting a system going they moved like they were all tortoises worst experience I ever had at a Taco Bell and first review I ever left for an establishment IT WAS THAT BAD

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through multiple times. On top of the slow service, they screw the order up almost every time.

Ok I seriously never write reviews so this means a lot. I have been here before and haven’t always had the fastest service and last time I was in here the staff were not busy but it took forever to get my food like literally 35 minutes. Despite that, I think it’s the manager that made everything right. He is how customer service should be he is great. He refunded us and gave us more free food. I just went today and it took 2 minutes for my food and he said “it says medium Baja blast but you can just take a large”. There was no problems with my food but he still showed the decency. This is how fast food or any other food service like this should be. I don’t know his name but he clearly is making a difference and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it.

My family and I showed up to what was supposed to be an open Taco Bell. We got to the drive thru and the lady said we are closed, might I add it's 10:50 pm and the drive thru is open until 2 am. Lady on the speaker was very rude and provided no explanation. I don't have a clue why someone would even be there to just turn away customers. Taco Bell pays for work not babysitting. So no food and a waste of my time and gas. Very disappointed with this store and their professionalism.

Employees fighting with customers at the window Using profanity, management Is encouraging it, Waited over a hour 15 minutes for mobile order. seven kids, on the food line doing absolutely nothing. Just talking and goofing off clearly no one wants to work here including the managers and that goes for any time, morning, night, day save yourself time, money and a headache

My boyfriend and I decided to stop by , it’s only midnight . I have never written a bad review but with our experience I wanted to ,not only did they take forever to take our order they were extremely rude and kept saying “yup anything else” when we had a fairly small order it was just unnecessary and then they order was completely wrong and we weren’t given a receipt so we just decided to take our loss , with thir attitudes we wouldn’t have gone back to complain anyways but come on you guys don’t close until 1..my boyfriend was supposed to get beef only he doesn’t eat beans and such and they gave us a chicken burrito ? And two bean burritos , I was supposed to get three supreme locos tacos and they gave me a plain crushed reg taco ..just gross
