I find taco bell ? to be the middle ground between burgers and chicken ?, this companies consistency of rejuvenating their menu with slight and consistent choices, and coupled with a generous discount which last for a quite reasonable time frame, make for myself a no fail stop over at least one per week, but more so many new test treats have me three or more visits.

Absurdly bad service. Multiple missing tacos and no sauce or lettuce on anything? Not even a warning for the one car in front of me? I can't even leave a review I didn't even get 40% of my meal. Not only stealing money but people's time. Criminal.

Lordy, today was def a disappointment. I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and a Doritos locos taco supreme. I was not given a fork or sauce, and my taco had no tomatoes on it. I had to eat the potatoes with my fingers IN MY NEW CAR!!! It was a whole mess. Taco Bell usually does my food right, but today was disappointing. The lady in the drive through flipped my bag out the window as if she had better things to do, and while I was asking for sauce, closed the window. Do better.

I went to get my regular Fiesta veggie burrito last night, and couldn't find it on the menu. It's discontinued. So I asked them to make it as they would and it cost double what it did before. My grab and go choice is gone. What a disservice to vegetarians everywhere. Please bring this burrito back, I don't care if the price was raised by $.50, but to charge double. It's not worth it. So sad. There is no reason for me to get food at Taco Bell anymore. ?

I have been coming to this Taco Bell since I was a kid. I have never had any issues like I experience now. It seems like at least the past year or so the staff is very rude, orders are always wrong, they are never open in the morning when their hours say they should be open, and the line is SO LONG no matter how many cars are in the drive thru! I have sat in line for up to 38 minutes before and there were maybe 5 people in line. I have never gotten through quickly. There was only me and 2 other cars in line yesterday at lunch time and it took about 15 minutes for me to get through the line and get my food. I understand staff shortages…but the attitude at the speaker box and the window is ridiculous. I’d rather drive out of my way to Western Lights and get better service over there.
