Slowest taco bell service in the area waited 30 minutes for 3 simple things

Ordered online for pickup at 12:15, arrived at 12:19 and my food had been thrown away? Employee was really confused and seemed upset at me for asking about the order. Food was fine, typical taco bell. Very busy and seemed understaffed/undertrained.

Just got a pick up order and of course something is missing. I can’t remember the last time I went to this location and I got all of my order it’s actually kind of ridiculous.

EVERY time I’ve gone to this Taco Bell, I’ve either had to wait 40+ mins before even talking to someone, or they’re only taking cash because something isn’t working. And the worst part is not being able to leave because you’re stuck in the drive thru. Skip this one, and drive the extra 10 minutes to Cicero where you can talk to someone friendly and get your food within 5 minutes.
Every time I go to this location is a disappointment bc they never accept cards when I go thru the drive thru! Super annoying! But then offer a free drink. Is it because of card transaction fees? How do you run a business today if you don’t accept cards?

Came through the drive through at lunch, ordered a few things including a nacho cheese dorito taco with rice instead of beef (I don’t eat meat), first time it came out with beef on it. Went back through and reordered to get a taco shell with just rice in it… this has been my order for years and never once had a problem. The girl was training so I’m sure they were busy, but still annoyed because I paid for this undesirable lunch.

Ordered food on the app to pick up at 5:40 PM and it said pick up at 6:12 PM. I went over and was only two minutes early. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me and the car at the window sat for 15 minutes. Got to the window and thought, perhaps they solved their problem but I continued to wait. After watching the employee at the window have a conversation with someone outside of the employee's(must have been a friend) and continuing to wait, I knock on the windows. I ask if everything is ok and I've been waiting for 20 minutes to which they reply "sorry, we have mad orders and it's 6 pages of them". I have no idea if 6 pages is a lot or not but judging by the fact that there was only two cars in front of me when I got there... That didn't seem like much. Finally I get my food and get home to realize the Chalupa shells taste salty, or burnt, or something? And they're dried out. I tried this one over the Cicero location hoping it would be better service but it's not.
All fast food joints are nothing like when I was a kid. It's sad.
