Took 35 minutes to get my food, it was for two people. We got a Mexican pizza and a burrito, taco. I suggest go through drive through, they prefer to serve them before in store…

the workers are so rude and don't care for anyone's time. My order took 30 minutes to be done for just a taco, fries and a drink. that's outrageous this isn't a fine dining place it's FAST food. do better

I don’t know why I keep going to this location. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead on the app, do the drive-thru, go inside, you will wait 30+ minutes for your food. We tend to order ahead on the app and then I go inside to check in and pick up. I will sit and wait watching other people come in and order inside, than walk out in 10 minutes. I have to go up to the counter and remind them REPEATEDLY that I’m there for a pick up. I always double check my order before leaving because I’ve been burned before when I get home.
I understand staff isn’t always there on time and things get busy, but there should be some organization to getting orders out the door in a timely manner. Waiting 30 minutes for fast food is uncalled for.

It was late so I'll give them that. Our bean burritos were obviously from the bottom of the pan. Dry, super thick and a weird flavor. The soft ta os were good.

I've been waiting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and haven't even been able to place my order. Taco bell has one lane, and it's not moving at all. I'm trapped here, cars in front and behind, with no escape and no tacos.

If I could rate 0 or negative stars, I would.

Dont go through the drive-thru window if you're in a hurry. Wait time can take up to 30 mins. This place is either under staffed or not trained properly.

Anytime we order from this location, delivery or drive thru, they always....always give us the wrong tacos. We order taco supremes and we never get them. We always end up with plain tacos. There is a big cost difference between the two. Does not seem that difficult.

I came to this Taco Bell to pick up a DoorDash order and also wanted to place a personal order for myself. The customer’s order was already taking a long time, so I asked an employee if I could place an additional order. He told me they “aren’t allowed to accept an order from a driver.”

I asked if that was a rule from the manager. Instead of answering, he walked away to check. When he came back, he said they could take my order, but it would “take a long time.” At that point, I chose not to order anything.

The whole interaction was unprofessional and inconsistent. If they have policies, they should be clear about them. If they don’t, then there’s no reason to treat a customer or a delivery driver like an inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.

Always always so slow going in or drive through almost always wait a half hour. It’s like the employees have no urgency or organization. I went inside hoping it would be faster and watched employees stand around, come out and talk to friends etc. Half the time the order is incorrect as well. Seriously needs new management or something.

There are 6 employees behind the counter and only one person is making food, they are way behind I've been here for half an hour, the lobby is totally filthy and I heard the employee say that the lobby was clean and that she hopes it stays that way.

I was served by Chris at the brewerton road location. His customer service was excellent I was greeted at the drive through with respect and enthusiasm even during a late night rush. Would definitely come back!

Ordered online for pickup at 12:15, arrived at 12:19 and my food had been thrown away? Employee was really confused and seemed upset at me for asking about the order. Food was fine, typical taco bell. Very busy and seemed understaffed/undertrained.
