I was served by Chris at the brewerton road location. His customer service was excellent I was greeted at the drive through with respect and enthusiasm even during a late night rush. Would definitely come back!
Ordered online for pickup at 12:15, arrived at 12:19 and my food had been thrown away? Employee was really confused and seemed upset at me for asking about the order. Food was fine, typical taco bell. Very busy and seemed understaffed/undertrained.
I always see the same old white man working non-stop, giving out the best customer service, being in control of the work environment and his ability to prepare orders is outstanding. You guys need more people like him and the service could be better and people would wait less…
