It's Taco Bell, so again it's Taco Bell, everyone has eaten there... this particular location did a good job as they usually do. Food was correct, fast. Hate all the new fast food Square Grey box, uncomfortable cafeteria style seating.

This place is an anomaly. Everywhere else is going downhill but this place actually got better over the last few years. Excellent people, deserve raises all around.

I arrived at this Taco Bell to pick up an Uber Eats delivery before 9:30 AM. The store was empty, the order was ready, and I confirmed the pickup with the cashier. Afterward, I decided to order a single item for myself—a beef stacker, arguably the simplest item on the menu. I figured it wouldn’t take long and wouldn’t delay my delivery.
After paying, I waited. Another customer came in, placed his order, and waited alongside me. Meanwhile, I noticed all the orders were being prioritized for the drive-thru, despite the store being completely empty. When the cashier finally brought out an order, she gave it to the customer who arrived after me.
I even hinted to the cashier while paying that the drive-thru seemed to get priority, jokingly saying, “Should I just order in the drive-thru?” But instead of addressing my order with urgency, I received no apology when I asked about the delay—just nasty stares and a weak excuse that “your order was on the other side.” Whatever that means.
What I really wanted to hear was an acknowledgment of the issue, such as, “Sorry, we prioritize the drive-thru, and it caused a delay for you.” Instead, I was treated as if I was the problem.
Because of their lack of care, my Uber Eats delivery was late, and I received a one-star rating from the customer. This experience cost me time, money, and credibility, and I won’t be doing business at this location again—whether as a customer or a delivery driver.
It’s clear this Taco Bell doesn’t value in-store customers or the delivery drivers who help keep their business running.

I have been waiting 25 minutes for four soft tacos. I know it’s hard to find people but this is ridiculous. People are going through drive thru in five minutes.

By far the best Taco Bell in our area. Fastest and cleanest. We have waited 40+ minutes in drive thru lines at other local locations, we don’t usually have to worry about that here
Ordered from DoorDash at 8:40pm 10/2/24, waited until 11pm and the order was cancelled by the restaurant with no explanatio. This was not the first time this has happened, and it is never DoorDash. We have never gotten a full refund, either, for food we never got.
My family and I have no means of transportation, so we are reliant on taxis and delivery. This is a joke; don't even bother unless it is midday and you can go in-person.

Last time I go to this location. Waited in the drive thru line behind 4 cars on a Friday night. Finally got to the speaker to order only to be told they close at 10. Their hours posted say 2am. No explanation given. I've wasted enough time at this location. I wouldn't take a chance going here at night. The Erie blvd location is much better in servicing your needs at night.

Only Taco bell that closes at 10pm even though the window clearly says open till 1am or later. Just another thing this taco bell sucks for! Should just close the location completely the service sucks staff sucks and now even the hours suck!
