Don't bother. They just sent 5 cars who were waiting in the drive thru away, saying they weren't serving food. HOW?! It's 5:30 pm. Unfortunately not my first negative experience here. Its too bad because it is convenient to have this location so close to my house but...we're always having problems. šŸ˜ž

The woman working at noon in the drive thru with the pretty nails deserves the biggest raise ever. Everytime i come here she is the absolute sweetest and always getting things done. šŸ’• I dont get this customer service very much anymore. Its refreshing.

Very very disappointed. I ordered 3 Grande Nacho, the Taco Party Packā€ and 3 Baja blast when we arrived they didn’t had chips for the nachos,I don’t t understand how they accept the order and the payment to tell me later they don’t have the things. The tacos were a complete joke,like seriously . It supposed to be 6 crunchy and 6 soft but all were just crunchy. An utter disappointment and I’m not a scammer nor I’m a greedy person, just very disappointed.I paid 56 bucks for nothing, would never go back.

Horrible service. Wait forever in the drive thru just for sharquiesha to acknowledge you, then when I get my order I’m missing 2 burritos off my order. Terrible service, food quality not great, and missing items constantly. Do not go here.

I ordered from here for party food for a joke event amongst friends. after 3 hours of waiting around for less than 20 menu items we got our food, we noticed that every item that we had got that included a tortilla had MOLD, the meat was dry and old looking, soggy veggies and missing toppings such as cheese and sour cream. we were even missing nachos and everything looked skimpy and disgusting.

they also forgot 2 out of 6 drinks

I was the only car there, but for some reason they didn't separate the food I ordered into boxes when I ordered boxes. This is super annoying because I am vegetarian and my kids aren't, so I have to open up the burritos and everything to figure out whose food is whose. And the majority of the food was made incorrectly anyways - barely any beans or steak in my items, grilled stuff wasn't grilled, chalupa shells were old and stale. And somehow, despite having to wait probably 15 minutes for our food, everything was cold (again, I was the only car there). I tried to call to talk to a manager when I got home and their number on google is disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous.

Every employee that works here needs to be fired ASAP. If you order Uber Eats do not expect to receive any meat on your order as it is out of sight out of mind. I will be contacting corporate ASAP to let them know they need to clean house and start over from the bottom firing ALL of these scamming employees starting with Brian the employee who claimed they are the ā€œmanagerā€ when I called yet did not attempt to make anything right with the order. I will lawyer up as well since it is clearly necessary as this location keeps scamming after numerous escalations. I personally think their franchise rights need to be revoked since they cannot uphold Taco Bell’s standards and will be pursuing this in court.

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby to have my order taken, paid 40 bucks for a party 12 pack and a combo, only for everything in the party pack to be wrong.

The person who took my order was lovely, but I'm still ticked that I paid 40 bucks just to get the wrong thing..
