Just want to know why the woman up front tonight (5/3) kept calling my boyfriend ma’am? Has she never been out into the real world until today? Has she never seen a guy with long hair before? Are we supposed to call her sir? What’s the deal here?

I've recently started going back to this location I heard it was under new management which appears to be true. The food quality tastes better and the service quality has definitely improved at least until sometime after 3:00. It would seem that late mid-shift into night shift are still lacking quality in staff they have improved based off of the food and atmosphere now which I do like. Still would not go back after 3:00 though. Food is relatively expensive depending on what you get. One big upside for me was the fact that it was not as loud in the back of the store as it was previously I'm no longer able to hear all over their conversations which is a big plus for me.

I ordered on the mobile app and waited almost 45 minutes to get the food. Not to mention I waited 10 minutes just to be greeted, even though all the staff saw me standing at the counter. Unreal.

I feel bad leaving this review. This store has seen a lot of improvement in the two years I’ve lived nearby. Finally been consistent with orders the last few months.
However, I ordered a veggie bowl, 2 fiesta potatoes and a chicken quesadilla just now. They almost forgot the potatoes and a guy scrambled to the window as the bag was being handed off. Chill, they’re paying attention, this is hopeful. Except I get home only to realize the quesadilla isn’t in the bag either. So we were almost only given the veggie bowl.
They made my missing item and it’s all giggles in the kitchen while the cashier is slapping napkins on the desk… that he ended up giving me.
The guy apologized at handoff but I still felt like I was an inconvenience. Sorry you had to do your jobby job? Ffs.

2 orders and still came out incorrect. Food was by far the worst from any taco bell I've been to.

Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito. I've ordered this a many before. It was half the size it usually is and the same was in the bottom quarter of the burrito. They messed up my buddy's order as well. They get half the order correct.

Discovery Luxe Box. *New Item* Very good and filling. Nice variety. Cleanest Taco Bell that I've visited, even the restroom, oh I forgot the food was hot also.

Made a mobile order at 6pm didn't get my food until 8:30pm and the still messed up the order by forgetting food and extra sauces I payed for on my food. 4 employees working a lobby full of people just waiting. As a former employee of a taco bell I know that it does not take 2 and a half hours to make taco bell food on the line. This place needs to be shut down. Hopefully people will figure this out and stop going there

Service is extremely slow and will keep you waiting for food unless you know someone that works there. Would recommend to never go there. Also smells like you’re walking into a dispensary.

Attempted to complete an uber eats order and was simply turned away with no explanation. I asked for the order and was met with “ I’m not doing any of those.”. There was no further explanation and the woman was rude. Do not recommend this place as they don’t seem to value nor want to do their job!
