I've been to several Taco Bells in the Syracuse area and this one by far is my favorite location. They rarely mess up my order, and the food is great. The workers are also pleasant to deal with and they tend to get food out quickly. Definitely might go-to location for Taco Bell!
The woman working at noon in the drive thru with the pretty nails deserves the biggest raise ever. Everytime i come here she is the absolute sweetest and always getting things done. 💕 I dont get this customer service very much anymore. Its refreshing.
I've recently started going back to this location I heard it was under new management which appears to be true. The food quality tastes better and the service quality has definitely improved at least until sometime after 3:00. It would seem that late mid-shift into night shift are still lacking quality in staff they have improved based off of the food and atmosphere now which I do like.
