Tang Flavor Chinese Food Square

Place doesn't smell great and barely any other customers. Ingredients are not fresh. Utensils also not very clean. Cutting skills on dishes are terrible, and wok skills are bad as well. Definitely a lower end non-traditional food but still pricey.

It seems like everyone does take out here. But we decided to sit in. We got garlic sauce eggplant and dry pot tofu. They were both good but with stronger flavors.

so I almost didn't order here... as my husband went in I read the reviews and was to late to stop him because of the handful of bad reviews. I have no idea why they got them but this place was delicious. the ingredients were on point. I was so surprised to find a restaurant actually using such impressive ingredients. my favorite was the hot oil wanton which I will be dreaming about tonight... I'm all the way in Rome ny and want to drive back over for another order or 2 lol. the beef hot oil soup is so full of meat and flavor. this is the first time I've ever regretted reading reviews. give them a try and see for yourself. absolutely scrumptious.

Every dish I order tastes great and is stuffed with food. Would really like to sit down and have some of their traditional Chinese dishes, which look and sound amazing.

I had to give at least 1 star to comment. This is THE most disgusting food I have ever tasted!! The rice is not fresh. It is white rice with something poured on it to turn it brown and has no taste and is mush, yes i do mean literal mush. The chicken has some kind of sticky thick sauce poured over it, not tossed and covered. Also the sauce was so thick its congealed with the pieces of chicken in it sliding out it one huge glob. Called and spoke to woman who hung up on me. So I came to leave a review and a box immediately popped up that said No Refunds, No exchanges etc. why does that not surprise me?? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ????? I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.. I couldn’t even give this away just now. YUCK!!

IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT EAT HERE. At first I thought the lady just had a bad attitude. Until several times I observed her being nice to whites and Asians and giving anyone black attitude, bad,cold, or stale food, and often ignores them. She told me I was a bad person because I told her my food was cold -_- I was fed up and convinced she's prejudiced. So one day my friend and I tested it. She's white and went in first and ordered. I came in a few minutes later and ordered the same thing. Mine was stale and cold. Hers was fresh and hot. She got a smile. I got an attitude. Again... If you are black please don't eat here. WE ARE NOT WELCOME!

Not particularly friendly, also not rude. Just very efficient and to the point. Welcome, here's your table, here's menus, take your oder, here's your food. If you aren't into small talk and pleasantries, love salty Chinese food that's fresh... This place is for you. Will Def go again if I'm back in Syracuse.

When you run a business and someone calls to ask if you're open and if you a serving ala carte or buffet. You should answer without hanging up on them.I was going to come and order food, but know? Nah, this lady caused a NO SALE.
