This place is a bit complicated. I have been here a couple of times in the past only to be disappointed. The meats, which is the reason for coming here, were under seasoned, the service was very slow, and it seemed very disorganized. Needless to say, even though I decided to give it another try, I was prepared to be underwhelmed. I was very pleasantly surprised with some improvements that I found on this trip. The meats were absolutely delicious, and the seasoning was spot on. The service had improved, but this was almost single-handedly, because of their manager JD. This guy is really on top of things and works very hard to make sure everyone has a good dining experience. I saw him make multiple trips to every single table that was occupied to talk to customers. That is something that was lacking on my previous trips. I'm not saying that everything was perfect this time, but whenever there was an issue, JD made it right. They still suffer from some inexperienced waiters And their timing is off. If you've never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, they go from table to table with skewers of different cuts of meat. It seemed that everything was coming out all at once and then you would wait 15 or 20 minutes for the next round of meats. Ideally, it should be a steady flow. If I was rating solely based on JD's performance. I would've given this place five stars. He's a gem and he's trying very hard to get this place where it needs to be, but they still have a little ways to go.

This place has gone downhill so bad. Service is horrible. Food is not at all what it use to be. I went twice in a 2 month period. Never again.
Great atmosphere for shopping and window shopping if you're just walking around and browsing, lots of great stores and the perfect place for yourself or if you're bringing the family!Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids, they have special play stations for kids of all ages

Our server Bryan was great. He had a lot of tables but was very organized and has great sense of humor. The food was very good. I love the salad bar so much. It was a little louder than I was expecting but it was not a big deal. The deserts we good but not amazing. Overall, very glad we went. We had not been in years. No regrets, it was a very nice time.

Spend 100 dollars and can't take your leftovers home. Food and atmosphere is fine, bit underwhelming but the experience kind of makes up for it. But, I just can't stand spending that kind of money and being told "no you can't take this home" instead they're just going to throw it away? Waste of money and food tbh. It wasn't like I was having them drop whole steaks on my plate so I could game the system or something.

The food was delicious. It took awhile to get our drinks, and one member of our party had her drink forgotten, so that took longer to have made. It was busier, so we did wait a few times for the servers to come around. It's a bit expensive, but for an all-you-can eat premium steakhouse, it's understandable. It was a great night. Dessert was amazing. Solid 4/5 star meal!
