Wasn't horribly impressed with this restaurant. My wife and I had ordered steaks that were both over and under prepared. Was told an hour wait, and 2 hours later, we finally got a seat. Appetizer was never added to our order either. Thankfully, we weren't charged for the appetizer.

Starting off with mentioning this review has nothing to do with the food, food is phenomenal. The service is a disgrace to the restaurant industry. Starting off with the absolute B.S waiting list. I specifically joined online to avoid the chaos, went inside after i got the confirmation text, they claim my name wasn’t on there. (did this to several other parties as well) Ok whatever, i got on the list again and waited another 35 minutes. Finally once seated we noticed the AC was on and blowing freezing cold air onto us and the table next to us. Mentioned it to the server, again gave the benefit of the doubt. About half way through our meal the table next to us mentioned they have yet to receive any of their food not even an appetizer yet after sitting there for 30 minutes. Their server was M.I.A so we mentioned it to our server and she spoke to her manager and assured them the food would be out shortly. Another 15 minutes goes by and then 20 and finally at 8:57 (3 minutes before they close) the manager gets to their table and gives this B.S story on how the ticket must have been lost. Why didn’t the server notice their table had no food?! The manager never apologized to the clearly upset and hungry table. As a server it was extremely difficult to watch. Not an apology or a free appetizer or drinks was offered. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with that kitchen nightmare.

First timers. Go for the bread quite point blank honestly...We ordered a burger, Roadkill & the herb roasted chicken. Everything overcooked- way over salted. The manager came over and suggested that next time we order, those are "two of the meals" that are heavily salted. Mind blown. Never going back. Waitress very sweet.

Steak was overdone. Took 45 min to get food after our salads. Children steak bites were " charcoal " and so dry. Applesauce was like water. The waiter was very good. The rolls were very good. 2nd time, we experienced bad food and too long of waiting for food. Two different locations. Will not try a third. Will instead drive the xtra miles for a Longhorn. Prices are too high to have to experience this.

Sorry Roadhouse but the call ahead 50 minute wait was fine but the additional 35 minutes made it worse! THEN, the 45 MINUTE wait after ordering our food is RIDICULOUS! Waitress was great but poor management of the floor/kitchen leave a poor enjoyment of atmosphere and desire to come back to this location. Hey, we all know TR is awesome but you need to improve. Maybe concentrate on your in house guests and not so much of the takeout service which is nonstop.

Froze to death last night on Erie Blvd location!!it was 15 degrees outside and the air conditioner was blowing in our faces all through dinner and not taken care of and we kept complaining it just ruined our dinner for our friends birthday ....6 of us rushed through our dinner and wasted 300.00 as far as we feel!!shut the air off and fix the management!!

We waited over 2 hours to get our orders. Other patrons had come in after we did and had their food delivered way before we did. The server did apologize for the delay and said it would be another 20 minutes before our order was delivered to us. 30 minutes later I did complain to the front desk and another server came back to our table just as our food finally arrived. The steak was good but was cooked a lot more than I had requested. I didn't send it back as I didn't want to wait another long period of time. I was a regular customer but I'm not sure if that will continue. My guest while he liked the steak, the wait time was unbelievable.

Saturday evening arrive arv 4:40 & seated at 5:15 which was expected. Where wasn't expected was waiting over 1 hour to get our food. Just my wife & I and relatively simple order. The food was good and the waitress Fatima was terrific but over 1 1/2 hours to get a meal is unacceptable. We've probably made our last visit to Texas Roadhouse even though it's one of my wife's favorites.
