So disappointed. This used to be a great place to spend time with friends… now the staff takes eternity to bring out drinks/apps when there’s more staff working than customers in the restaurant. This place has declined significantly in service overall.. we dined in had a poor experience and decided to give TGI a second chance and order to go.. when we went to pick up or to go order the employees were at the bar chatting it up and didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in to pick up our order. By then we were 20 minutes past our pick up time. The employee who finally acknowledged us then told us it would be another 20 minute wait because despite there not being anyone in the restaurant they had not even started our order. I would give this place a zero if I could.

Ok so we wanted to eat dinner around 9PM and we were told that it would take longer to get serviced. But only a handful people were inside the restaurant - most of them sitting at the bar. The waiter who seated us was nice and helpful but the rest seemed to be busy with themselves and a family right next to us was waiting already for 35min to get their drinks. The “tools” did not look really clean and looking a bit around the whole place did not look clean at all. We decided to leave!

Very slow service. The burger we ordered said it came with a TGI Friday sauce on it but our order had zero condiments on it. The waitress never checked in on us so we could inform her of the meal.

We will absolutely return, it was our first time at a Friday's, Rebecca was our Bartender today and we couldn't have possibly asked for better/prompt service. She was incredibly friendly and humorous, the food was also good. Fantastic experience

My kids got the Mac and cheese, it came out ice cold.. my family got their food about 10-15 minutes before I did, & they charged my card $63 three separate times I'm waiting to see if it resolves as the manager said it would. Will not be going back.
My bartender Javiair at the destiny USA, TGI Fridays was such a delight, well mannered, very friendly, very knowledgeable about his job. He looked very clean and was actually really funny. I would say my overall experience was excellent. I really enjoyed myself, and all of my drinks taste really good.
