We live in WNY and this is better than any Thai we've had in Buffalo (or Rochester, when we've visited). It was so delicious, fresh, and an excellent value. The service was also great and the atmosphere was nicer than most, with some booth seating and lots of pretty plants. I wish I had this restaurant in closeby but I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in Syracuse. We were there for the weekend and ended up dining there both days, it was so good!

We called to make a reservation and were directed by the automated system to book online. We did so and arrived 2 minutes late. While we were parking, the restaurant called to let us know our table had already been given away.
The online reservation clearly states: “Table is kept for 15 minutes after reservation time. We appreciate you being on time.” Based on that policy, we did not expect to lose our table after just two minutes.
We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children, and unfortunately the restaurant said they could not accommodate us. This was very disappointing, especially since we followed the instructions and relied on the stated reservation policy.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The food was great. We started off with ginger tea as it was a very cold night with high winds (Imagine that in CNY). Then we enjoyed the Fresh Summer Rolls. We had two orders, but they are so big that we both only ate half (and took the remainder home) so you could easily be satiated with one order for two people. For our entrees we had Pad See Eiw with Beef and Pad Prig King with Chicken. Both dishes were very good and as far as the portions, we took home approximately half of both. We would both highly recommend this little gem. (Oh, and the bathrooms were very clean.)

I chose Thai Love NY because of its convenient location near the SYR airport, but unfortunately my visit fell short in multiple ways. I specifically told the server I did not want broccoli in my tom yum noodles, yet the dish was served with broccoli anyway. When I pointed this out, the server took the bowl back but didn’t offer an apology, nor did she check back afterward to ensure the corrected dish was satisfactory. In addition, the restaurant was not even busy and I was the only diner at that time.
The replacement bowl was noticeably lacking in ingredients compared to the first one, almost as if it was hastily thrown together. To add to the overall lack of hospitality, there was no “thank you” or acknowledgment when the bill was presented.
Given the combination of poor service and inconsistency in the food, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Convenience alone isn’t enough to make up for the experience.

This restaurant is a lovely place. I love the atmosphere inside. They have many plants around and many cultural items to make the place feel like Thailand. The food is phenomenal. I love their food. I got the pad prig king and it was bursting with flavor. The people there are also very nice and provide great service to customers. Definitely a place I'll be a regular at.

Very delicious food! Everything is mostly priced around $20 for entrees, soups are delicious. Food for three people with 3 entrees, 2 appetizers and 4 drinks was $137. Gratuity was included in the bill for us. We enjoyed everything we got, the service was amazing and speedy.

Got takeout from here on my way to a hotel after a long travel day. The great reviews led me to look past how relatively pricey it was.
My pad thai had large shards of plastic in. I assumed that maybe it was from the plastic takeout container but that was intact. Lettuce was in my roll was off. Was sharing both with my toddler so it all went into the trash after a couple bites as it wasn’t safe to eat.
I never leave bad reviews— but the poor quality was notable when considering what I paid (19 for pad Thai, $56 total). When you’re traveling, it’s late & you are leaving well before 6am the next day—there’s not much recourse. If this was my regular spot—I would have asked for my money back.

I love how many things on the menu can be made vegan. Definitely my favorite thai spot in the area! The mango sticky rice is awesome

One of my favorite Thai restaurants! Their penang is amazing and super quick service.
Best Thai food in Syracuse that I've found! Really quality. I would highly recommend going! The prices are a bit on the higher side for Thai options, but it's worth it for sure.
