I went to go get some burgers and I was scared for my life. The directions brought me to a Denny's parking lot and a man name Steve came over the snow bank to offer us probably the best burger Ive ever had that he grilled up on his George Forman grill. The Dennys worker then came out screaming that he wasn't allowed here with his raccoon burgers and he called the cops.

I usually enjoy Denny’s but my experience on Friday night was terrible. I and two friends came in after a concert and ordered food. My friend’s eggs were undercooked, my other friend’s food was cold and undercooked and my sandwich was so greasy, and it was cold. We literally ate nothing but still ended up having to pay 1/2 the bill. The plus was that the waitress was very sweet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived at and got seated there was 6 of us total. (We went in here the weekend before also) they aren’t just busy. We waited about 10 mins for our waitress to come to the table just for our drink order. 4 out of the 6 of us got coffee we asked her if we could just have a pot on our table. She said yes brought us of drinks said she had to make a fresh pot if coffee for us. Then she took our order and said we have two new cooks back there but your food shouldn’t take long I think. So we where understanding. We sat there for another 20-25 mins waiting for the coffee it even the waitress to come back and at least top our drinks. We didn’t have difficult orders everything was pretty simple. After waiting OVER A HOUR for our food. People who came in after us got theirs before us. Not once did the waitress come over and apologize to us. Finally we got our food after getting another waitress/host. My food was Luke warm. My friend next to my ONLY HAD HAS BROWNS they where COLD my friend sitting across from me her toast and omelette was cold. My other 2 friend didn’t even get their food.one friend only had red skin potatoes and fries. The other friend said his food was fine. Finally when the waitresses come back with my other two friends food. It was hot at least for one of them but not everything she order she was missing her fries. I said something to the manger she said they are in the fryer now. But the waitress didn’t let my one friend know that they didn’t have the salted caramel pancakes that she wanted and brought her out a pecan pancakes the waitress just assumed that’s what she wanted. She Didn’t even tell her they didn’t have what she wanted! So she got the manager and the manger wasn’t even friendly and didn’t seems like she wanted to talk to us. So we told her everything and all she could say was your right and I have two new cooks back there. She took off the two friends orders off the bill since they didn’t eat anything. And gave my one friend hush puppies. Not they it made it any better. We sat at this location for about 2 hours. My other two friends ordered pancakes for their daughter and of course they came out fast after we talked to the mange along with my one friends fries! Two of us there my one friend 15 years in customer service and myself 20+ years in customer service this has to be one of the worse experiences I’ve had. I did give them the benefit of doubt that they are short staffed and had two new cooks but over a hour for simple food and it being cold is every unacceptable!
