The Cheesecake Factory

Had a 45 minute wait to get a table. It was parents weekend at the college. Were seated in the area facing the mall, kinda outside. Much prefer this area. A little bit quieter.

Service was okay, they were without a doubt, busy.

Had the herb crusted salmon. The Small strings you see in the photo beneath the fish is supposed to be asparagus. Poor quality, taste was off and very tough. Salmon was good, potatoes okay.

Server brought the basket of bread with sourdough bread only. Asked for the wheat, was told they had ran out and was baking more?? Asked a couple of times for more bread and never received any more, much less any wheat bread. Were here for over a hour. Grandson loves the wheat bread!

OMG! Did a pick up order and brought it back to the hotel. And i tell you what.... I feel like I didn't leave a BIG enough tip. Lol Cheesecake Factory never disappoints

Came parents weekend. Waited 1.5hours for service. Got drinks then asked to leave without rest of the food. It is Syracuse parents weekend so slow is understandable. The restaurant was not full and no acknowledgement of wait at all.

The appetizers were very tasty.

Clean and accommodating environment. Great service and personality from my server. Filet mignon came as ordered (rare) and tasted great. My go to place to eat whenever I am in Syracuse on the way to airport. Conveniently located in Destiny USA Mall.

Every cheesecake factory Is an amazing place to have a metal, but the staff here Is a bit more attentive than usual.

Amazing I mean literally the BEST CHEESECAKE FR. I don’t know about the restaurant or anything else besides when I picked up only cheesecakes it’s buddy of course! But yummyyyyy !! Definitely worth the wait !

Took a long time to get out order in and did served. It was good but we were there a lot longer than necessary.

We went to Cheesecake Factory with a family party of six. Overall, it was a fine experience with just a couple of hiccups.

We had called ahead for a reservation, but instead of taking our name they told us to just come in. Once we arrived, they added us to the list—only about a 15-minute wait, which wasn’t bad.

After being seated, it took a little while before anyone acknowledged our table. Once the staff realized the delay, they greeted us warmly, apologized, and really made up for it from that point forward. Service was attentive after that.

The menu has tons of options, so everyone was able to find something they liked. Portions were generous and the food was satisfying.

All in all, we had a nice dinner together and enjoyed the evening.

Server was very rude. Food was not prepared to customer liking he took it and never returned with the replacement.

I come here whenever I come yo syracuse. In the last 7 years, the service has really gone downhill. Food is ok but the service is meh

Arrived at 6:40 gave my phone number to prepare for a text to be seated .. left around 9:30 because were arriving and getting a seat before us 🥹 0 stars.
