I just ordered from this restaurant and the food quality was awful. The meal that I ordered is a meal that I frequently order when dining in. It is obvious that the meal that was delivered was of such low quality because it was a delivery order and the restaurant knew it was a slim chance that it would be returned. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were overcooked and hard, one side being burnt and the spaghetti was dry with hardly any sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant simply because I believe my order was poorly served because it was a delivery and that’s no way to treat customers.

Dined recently at The Cheesecake Factory during the busy holiday season and was incredibly impressed. Despite the high volume of customers, the service was remarkably quick and efficient. Our server was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food, as always, was absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed the deep-fried mac and cheese burger. And, of course, we couldn't resist indulging in a slice of their legendary peppermint bark cheesecake—it was pure decadence! Highly recommend dining at The Cheesecake Factory, even during the busiest times. Their commitment to quality and excellent service truly shines through.

Our waitstaff tried their best to help but the time the kitchen was backed up, no breadsticks, the burger was very undercooked and they forgot to bring a soda though it was on our bill.

Normally a pleasant experience, this time we made reservations. Shame on us for arriving early. They told us they'd check us in, but I never got a text, so twenty minutes or so later went up to ask if I should have gotten a text. I was told rather rudely they were going to help someone else first. When I tried to explain that I only wanted to verify our check in, I was told by a second person that since we'd arrived 30 minutes early, they were helping others first and waiting to seat us closer to our reservation time. I clarified a third time that I was only trying to verify our check in. But by this time I was feeling a bit battered. Anyway, went back to waiting and seated maybe 10 minutes later. I'm not a big eater, so just went for the pretzel and Cheese fondue. Shouldn't have mentioned it was my meal, because then I had to watch my family eat their appetizers while I just sat there. Finally my dish arrived. Took one bite and started spitting out hunks of salt. I'm normally a little heavy on my salt use, but this was like something brined in saltwater and then rolled in salt on the way out. My son joked I just couldn't handle it, popped one in his mouth, and then HE started spitting out salt. Needless to say I wasn't about to eat more. I asked our server for bread, as the pretzels were so salty we were unable to eat them. "Oh, sure." No comprehension my meal was inedible. No apologies for the horrible food. So I basically had bread and a bit of cheese spread for dinner. Sheesh. Note to self - skip Cheesecake Factory during the holidays.

Absolutely horrible experience. Terrible service from all staff. My husband and I were seated and ended up leaving a half hour after not being acknowledged. I even complained on my way out and one of the staff rolled their eyes at me. Disgusting!!!!!

Great service but the food was very subpar. Truffle honey chicken tasted like old fryer grease. Turned my stomach for the rest of the evening. Mashed potatoes were cold. Small portion of asparagus. Chicken Alfredo tasted like it was canned ragu. I’m not expecting a Michelin star experience but it was quite bad. I could have done better staying at home. You need to step it up on food quality. Could I have made a stink? Sure. Should I have to? No.
