Had dinner with a big group from work, 11 people some of which don't have a cheesecake factory within hours of them. Service was phenomenal food was delicious, there wasnt a single disappointed person. Great job

Food took forever to come out, but we received our appetizer for free for the inconvenience. Food overall was not very good neither was seating. Very packed and little too close for my liking.

Normally I'm not a big chain restaurant guy, but this place hits the spot. Friendly and a huge menu. Not even that expensive. Nice interior.

Last time we went the wife couldn't find anything she would eat. Everything seemed to have Parmesan cheese or mushrooms in it. Prices keep going up. Personally I like Copper Top better. Oh and we had to wait for a server for over 10 minutes.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my Mother’s Birthday on January 20th, and while I normally enjoy dining here, this experience felt unusually rushed from the moment we were seated. We had to communicate a couple times that we were not ready when interrupted, especially when offered dessert while eating. I also mentioned wanting to enjoy my time with my Mother while we decided on dessert, indicating we weren’t ready for the check, yet we received the check shortly afterward. We own a restaurant and understand the service industry so we were respectful and polite, we were just expecting a relaxed experience for a special occasion.

The manager on duty briefly apologized for the situation and reassured us we could stay as long as we wanted but by then we were ready to leave. He did offer a complimentary birthday cheesecake, which we appreciated, and the woman serving the table next to us wished my Mother a Happy Birthday — who I noticed seemed a little bothered after I made a comment about our service to the Manager. Nonetheless, I thank the Manger for offering a complimentary cheesecake as it meant a lot to see my Mother’s face light up when she received it.

I’m sharing this not to criticize harshly or to get anything in return, but simply to give honest feedback. The Cheesecake Factory is normally a place we enjoy for special occasions and have been coming to for many years, and I hope future visits reflect the warm, unhurried experience we’re used to. Again, thank you for the complimentary cheesecake!

Went to eat while visiting the mall and went to have a sit in since it was my Birthday but the waitress Greg for some apparent reason just came to the table way too many times within 20 minutes of being there, were still eating he said can I take the plate, we are still eating do you want dessert, felt really rushed, why? We don’t know bc there was tables with ppl sitting and none of those ppl any waitress was at their tables every 5 minutes! The food was great and so was the cheesecake but being rushed was completely unnecessary.

Syracuse CCF-clean, orderly, fast n friendly service, food hot and tasty, great seating, wonderful view of shoppers in the mall. The only restaurant in that huge mall that was busy at 3pm.
