First time there, I found it a nice place for all kinds of bbq / steak dinners. The food fantastic. It's for Me a step up from the usual chain steak houses.

After providing plowing services for the Chop House through the 2019 and 2020 season, I figured when they squared up their bill with my company we would head over and have a nice dinner and leave a big tip as a thank you for the business. Well guess what it's now almost the 2022 plow season and they never paid us. Come to find out they don't pay too many of their local contractors that help keep the place running. If you really want to support local business this is not the place to go.

Great place to relax and enjoy a well cooked dinner. I had lobster and it was Perfectly cooked. I truly enjoyed the staff and atmosphere as well as CHOW shrimp, calamari, and the rolls are the icing on the cake. Great find!!

The Pumpkin Gnocchi was AMAZING! ! ! ! I was a little skeptical at first, it was definitely out of my comfort zone but the SERVER made it sound AMAZING and it was IT WAS BURSTING WITH FLAVORS , FRESH CRANBERRIES ,AN APPLES AN SPINACH SO GOOD

My party of 3 called at 8 pm on a Saturday. We are visiting from out of town, they got us a table last minute.Our hostess and wait staff were fantastic! Attentive, helpful and fun to talk to. My steak was perfect, my daughter had shrimp and grits also perfect and my wife had chicken riggies, she loved it. Thanks again for squeezing us in and for the great food.By the way, the check was way less than what we spent the night before and the food was better and the portions were VERY generous.Great job Chop House on Waring

The owner, Sharon McCarthy, was just arrested for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers here. They systematically double-charge on every customer that pays with a card, and then fight tooth and nail to avoid paying any of that stolen money back. I'm sure they'll be out of business in no time but don't let them steal from you. I went there after a funeral with my family in 2019 and we had our card double-charged and never got the money back, so it's very difficult to recommend them to anyone.

Micky executed flawlessly on the pairing without a second thought, very impressive. Referencing; Micky's expertise, the impressive bar, outstanding drink selection and all encompassing ambience, we truly have a must visit spot.Thank you Micky for such a great experience.Russel did an excellent job explaining menu options and gracefully reviewing that certain foods will pair best with the current weather climate, amazingly pleasant and professional. We had a family birthday party for nine at the Chop House on June 5th. It was excellent. Appetizers great- crispy shrimp with Thai Sauce, Steak flatbreads, Calamari were all delicious. Same was true of the entrees- from Filet Minion, Short Ribs, Salmon, Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Riggies. Staff and servers were so accommodating even to a surprise birthday cake. Perfect evening. Thanks to all!

We were forced to come at 5 o’clock because we were told that the restaurant was full. When we left at 7o’clock there were still many tables that were not ever occupied. Our waitress was horrible. She did not tell us there were any specials. We learned about them when other customers were told of the specials. Bread was not served at our table but was served by other waiters and waitresses. She did not properly relay the desserts. My wife and daughter thought their steak was cooked properly, I found mine over cooked. The appetizers were acceptable but nothing special.

We had our wedding here yesterday and the venue along with the owner and staff were wonderful, very accommodating, food was cooked to our specifications and was delicious.We had guests asking for menus because they can’t wait to come back!We really enjoyed our special day and really appreciate all everyone did to keep it smooth and special?
