Being celiac, the only certified gluten free bakery in Syracuse was a no brainer when it came to a small cake for my wedding. I was a little nervous though based on history of trying to pre order from them in the past but the workers reassured me my cake would be ready. The cake looked exactly like the photo I sent for inspiration and tasted amazing! Would recommend for anyone needing gluten free options.
I recently transitioned my three year old to a GF diet due to severe gluten sensitivities. Today was our first stop at the TCC. The woman helping us was so patient and so generous in offering us samples. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in the service industry. For that alone, I would return.
