Easily one of my FAVORITE spots to go out to. The beer selection is unmatched & so is their poutine. However, they need a new recipe for Hummus (terrible).

Took daughter to visit Syracuse and found this place. What a great find!! Food was outstanding and the menu looked incredible. Hoping she decides to go there so we can go back to The Hops Spot. Also the atmosphere is great.

So many options for all different diets including a full vegan menu! The atmosphere is very down to earth- great for an adults night out or there’s a small play area for kids. Service is outstanding, above and beyond.Vegetarian options: An entire menu of vegan offerings in poutine and burgers as well as appetizers

Came by for dinner with some friends. The only con was that they seated us by the door, so every time it opened we were blasted with cold air. The server was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were great. We were delighted to see that they have a whole seperate menu that shows all their vegan and gluten free options. I really appreciated the fact that they accommodate allergies and alternative diets. More restaurants need to be like this!! I got the “It’s not meat it’s you” burger. Delicious!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan and vegetarian alternatives! It’s so nice to have options that are delicious and satisfying!Dietary restrictions: Lots of Gluten free options! My friend who was with me said the GF buns there are some of the best she’s had.

Love their selection of beers! The poutine is always great but the other apps (pretzels and Korean chicken) left much to be desired.. $15 for two pretzel sticks and $15 for maybe 8 pieces of large popcorn chicken? Might as well get an entree! Will visit for the drinks again, but will skip the apps.

Poutine selection was awesome!!! Burgers had you hunched like Guy Feirri. Waiter was the best. Helped with food selection and beer. Atmosphere music, decor, game room. Definitely a spot we will return to. One negative the flight is per beer. So buyer beware. Can cost more than a normal flight would at most places. Small price to pay for the quality though.

I recently had the opportunity to try the hummus board at the Hop Spot, and I was very impressed. The board comes with a variety of hummus flavors, including classic, roasted red pepper, and sun-dried tomato. It also includes a variety of toppings, such as pita bread, vegetables, and olives. The hummus was very creamy and flavorful, and the toppings were all fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the roasted red pepper hummus and the sun-dried tomato hummus. The pita bread was also very good, and it was perfect for dipping in the hummus.Overall, I was very impressed with the hummus board at the Hop Spot. It was a great appetizer to share with friends, and it was a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying appetizer. Here are some additional details about the hummus board at the Hop Spot:It is a great appetizer for sharing with friends. It comes with a variety of hummus flavors and toppings. The hummus is very creamy and flavorful. The toppings are all fresh and delicious. The pita bread is also very good.It is a good value for the price.I would definitely recommend the hummus board at the Hop Spot to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying appetizer.

The Hops Spot is always a great meal. The poutine is one of the best in the area, and the options are creative. They also have one of my go-to Syracuse area burgers. Additionally, the tap list is insane and will not disappoint. A must stop in Syr!

The Hops Spot is a hidden gem if you've never been there before. Right in the heart of downtown Syracuse, this restaurant/bar has a lot to offer. From the menu to activities this place pretty much has it all. It has a big bar surrounded by booths when you walk in. You can sit at the bar or grab a booth for a more intimate experience. Just past that are tables and a few more booths, leading to a back room where the real fun begins. There is another bar back there and a bit more seating. This is where you can play old-school video games on a Sega Genesis, you can play various board and stategy games, there is a Bocci ball court, they set up two cornhole boards, and there's also a dart board. So there's definitely plenty to do. And of course music to get your feet tapping. One thing that stood out is the Hops Spot is kid freindly. Complete with a children's lounge area. Overall the Hops Spot was a fun experience. The food came out pretty quickly and it was pretty tasty. I had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Poutine which was rather good. The menu selection added to my good time.So if you're in downtown Syracuse and would like a great dining experience I highly suggest "The Hops Spot".
