Was a little nervous about eating here for the first time as the place just opened for the night and was empty. Glad we did. Carlos was the best bartender/waiter/chef! Service ,drinks, food was excellent before our show at syracuse stage. Even went back after the show for some more drinks. Carlos was awesome!

We stayed here for our nieces graduation. Came down for beers at the Weighlock Lounge. Our bartender Jessie was amazing! We ended up staying for dinner. Again Jessie accommodated us and our older parents in the area we wanted. Our service was great! I can't say enough how pleasant Jessie was and on point she was with all if us!!! Highly recommend this lounge n restaurant! Ask forJessie!?

Great hotel, wonderful rooms, wonderful room service, because of the buildings circular design the rooms are a new refreshing format which is simple but makes it stand out from other hotels simply because of small layout changes. The beds are very comfortable, and it is definitely a good hotel to stay in.

This is complicated to review because I would give Redfields a 1 and Library Lounge a 5. I was staying at the hotel to attend a conference. I walked up to the hostess podium in Redfields at 4:50 pm in the hopes of getting dinner. In my line of site I could see a waiter but there was a man I couldn't see who very rudely yelled out, “you need to tell her we aren't open yet, not for 10 more minutes. She needs to go to the bar, tell her they have the same menu.†It wasn't what he said, it was his delivery in how he said it. I went to the Library Lounge and ordered drinks and my meal and I received the BEST service. It's a shame these are clumped together because one is amazing and one is not worth your time at all!
Service was very poor. Food was mediocre (at best). Waiter forgot condiments I asked for and didn't return to the table until 15 minutes AFTER he had someone else drop off my plate. When I told him that he forgot my condiments, he shrugged and said, "Oh, really?" He then followed up with, "Would ya like more water?" Was it because I was wearing jeans? My 18 year old son looked at me and said, "Wow dad, this is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen. What

Then breakfast the next morning wasn't much better. Won't be going back- there are too many restaurants in Syracuse with much better food.

Hostess and management were horrible ;( Here for Mother's Day brunch and had a reservation for 12:45, but a hotel guest (with no reservation) was all most sat a head of us...I said something! We were finally sat at 1:15. They were given our table and we got a huge round table for 2 adults and 2 children that had been empty since we arrived. I got rude looks from the 2 female managers through out our meal. Plus, they ran out of plates and it took forever to restock pre made foods. I feel this place caters to SU and not locals! Im very disappointed because the food and our waitress were great! We gave her a huge tip since she had to work there and deal with the incompetence.

Was there Saturday place was empty and Service was horrible staff speaking and dressed like they were in the ghetto (except waiter he had uniform) ordered 1 appetizer asked for it to come out with our salads it came 15 min after the risotto was salty and the duck thigh was dry and crumbly won't be back
