We ordered tonight and picked up around 8:20, the guy at the desk who I *think* was the owner honestly did such a great job. They were short staffed, and I believe it was the owner who cooked our food- wow! I can see why he wanted to open up a pizza shop! These are the best onion rings and calzone I’ve had in CNY, possibly ever. Thank you so much for our dinner tonight, it was so great!

BEWARE! Quoted me 45min on delivery. Dude shows up 2.5 hours later with a strange passenger, offering the pizza for half off, meanwhile phone was off the hook when I called multiple times trying to cancel after 90 min. Slick! Nice try! Nobody wants cold, wet food. First and last attempt at eating from here- Never again!

After some recent bad experiences with other local pizza places, I switched to this Pies Guys location for my typical pizza and wings orders. I’ve yet to be unhappy with the quality of the food. To compare, here are 2 pictures. The one with the pool of watery sauce is a competitor. The other is Pies Guys, which prepared them perfectly. The sausage and mushroom pizza was also prepared well.

Called me 25 minutes after I ordered to tell me they didn’t have my crust and my order will be cancelled. Then they never cancelled my order and I was still charged. Very unhappy.

Open online and on grub hub. Yet they were closed. So my money got tied up for 5 business days. The food is good. But they constantly mess up your order and then take forever to re-deliver or make it right. Out of the 6 or 7 times we have ordered, something goes wrong. It's clear they under staff and also don't manage online delivery well. Many issues with not getting what we order. We have kids who need food on the schedule I expect. Once they take my money. Very unreliable. The photo shows the open sign on and the place is shut down. We drove there to check why there was an issue, again. To find this...

pies giys has declined ALOT the food has become poor at this location they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE even at 8pm so drove down to even attempt an order an hour before close and the inside is absolute filth maybe pick up a rag everyone standing around. I'd say it's poorly managed

Food great but delivery lady ask before we were done about tip and rude. Almost demanding it
3 hours to deliver an order of wings. Granted it’s a Sunday but ordered at 4:05 what a joke.

This place is a go to for sweet and tangy wings!! But overall I'm very satisfied, the staff is good but sometimes rushing due to them being busy which is understandable. Always get my order right no matter if it's pickup or delivery! I will return!

The food was delicious. The original order was delivered incorrect, but they immediately delivered the correct food with one phone call. Bravo! That was the best customer service we've experienced in ages!

Let me just say these guys were tested tonight!! Down staff…a football game…Friday night….but they were nothing short of friendly and accommodating!! The staff was awesome and explained the long waits to customers. Some were kind while others well not so kind. But that didn’t change their customer service. They kept things moving and got people their food as soon as possible. Food was excellent and honestly I would rather give them my money when I see how hard they work!!

The food is so good, but we arrived when it was supposed to be done. The food was not even close to being done. We waited 30 minutes in the parking lot and they kept telling us different things were taking a long time. They kept saying 10 minutes and we'll bring it out to you. Meanwhile I watched the manager or whoever the front desk person was sit on her phone, eat snacks, and hit her vape pen.....inside......where food was being made. I work a second part time job that is in customer service and would NEVER represent my business that way. At one point I called to check the order status and I literally watched and heard her hand the phone to another person who said "I'm not even working" and she said "you are now take this call." They were joking and it wasn't malicious but like come on.......It was extremely poor service. I will shout out the people in the back busting their butt to make the food, it was delicious and I will say the sweet girl who brought our food out was so kind. But the management / service desk worker was really bad. We definitely will not be going there ever again.
