Tried this pizza place for the first time tonight and was pretty disappointed. I ordered the baked potato pizza and it was just not very good. Overcooked, dry, and the “baked potato” part of the pizza, are just steak fries placed on the pizza. I would maybe be able to overlook that last part if they had at least put them all over the pizza. I had maybe 6 fries on the entire thing. Pizza places are in abundance around here, I thought by selling something unique they were trying to stand out. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again.

Great, GREAT food! The “restaurant” isn’t much and it seems most customers get their food for carry out. We dined in, never having been there before, and experience reminded me of being back in college. What saved the day was the food! We ordered the Dan-O’s everything wings, a small cheesesteak pizza and small supreme pizza. The wings were excellent, but get lots napkins! The pizzas were perfectly cooked. Not soggy in the center or burnt on the edges.
We highly recommend this pizza!
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is vegetarian, right?!?
I have ordered from Pizza Cutters multiple times and quite frankly it feels like I'm gambling every time. Sometimes, the food will be great. Most of the time, you will receive items missing, done wrong, cold, or just completely bungled.
I've gotten a BLT from them twice, and added extra bacon. What I received the first time was a Panini with two strips of bacon, and the second time a 12in sub with a singular strip of bacon and an entire tomato in three thick chunks.
They offer an Antipasto Salad, which I've ordered and received with no meat or cheese, which makes it not a goddamn antipasto salad. I've ordered haddock, called to check that I'm getting the correct salada, and then gotten my order without the haddock because they ran out and decided to not notify us that they were out of fish. They did still charge for the fish anyway, though.
They have some good wings. They do an okay pizza. They screw everything else up and at this point I wouldn't trust them with anything. There are better places for everything they offer, with less hassle, better service, and better prices. The sheer fact that I'm actually at the point of writing this review in the first place is a testament to how utterly garbage the quality has been as of late.

Never again. Hour and a half delivery on a sheet. Arrived cold doughy undercooked and the toppings were minimal. Had to warm up mine for the microwave still cold. 3 slices in and I feel sick. 100% cross contamination here. I’ll be going to the hospital if this comes back up. Don’t know how these people think they can serve this, but again I’m not surprised and gave them a chance on a recommendation knowing better. Save your money have a treat elsewhere. This place ain’t it. How can you expect to operate as a business if you don’t know how to run one to begin with. It’s not pathetic it’s downright shameful.

Placed an order at 9:45A for a Urology Office and our email stated it would be here at 11:45A here it is 12:49 and we haven't received anything. Although they compensated their mistake this is no excuse! Time management sucks! If you cannot handle all orders simply, don't take them! Was given 3 different excuse's! Too many large orders at once, short staffed, computers were down. Not sure which was the truth LOL. Called and called and was told the driver was on the way. Checked on their app " slice " and it said on its way and the order never even left their restaurant LOL.

Good food but they always mess something up. Last night I ordered a burger and they delivered it on a sub roll. You think that’s something they would check to make sure the customer is ok with it. I continue to give them chances but I’ve given up.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5! Wasn’t sure what to expect and took a chance on ordering them before an SU game and was blown away by the great food and even better service. Some of the crispiest and most unique flavors on the wings and a great thin crust pie to boot. They even threw in a free dessert! The brothers working the shop are great guys, would highly recommend this place for your next pizza night!

I’ve ordered here at least four times. Each has lead to worse and worse quality. If you want a slice/ pizza that is a hockey puck I suggest the pizza cutters. As well as a side of sass when you order. Seriously sad. Wanted this place to work out ……
Stopped by The Pizza Cutters food truck at the Syracuse Inner Harbor Fest for dinner! We got a 10" cheese pizza and it was perfect for our family of four (young children). The flavor was delicious and the ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese was perfection. Definitely will love to enjoy their pizza again and try more on their menu!

Food is average, but honestly the thing that made me leave such a negative review was the staff. I witnessed them being rude to food delivery drivers as well as customers, specially the girls, they are horrendous and have terrible attitudes.

Had the Apple Bourbon Whiskey wings. They were the best wings I've ever had. Absolutely delicious, and the pizza was great too. Will definitely be back if we are ever in town again. You gotta try this place!
