Nice spot tucked away. Not far from AMF Syracuse, we were attending NYS HS bowling championships. Outdoor fireplace, would have hung out longer but had to get back for competition
Split the corned beef brisket sliders and had a nice Ithaca Flower Power IPA. $42.00 for 2 pints and the sandwiches. Excellent service and a nice local atmosphere......hope to be back for next years States.

Cheese on Nacho cheese cold! No philly beef it was chicken very Chinsey. Cold chips not really appetizing! No one around to tell them. Salads were good. Ordered main course 2 chicken parm sauce was bitter. Rigges were room temperature. Chicken Alfredo was nothing to brag about pasts was all broken up in pieces room temperature, chicken tenders and fries room cool. Waited 65 minutes for food. Dessert ordered was ok. All pasta was chopped up. Total bill over $200.00

I got the Cajun chicken alfredo to go. First of all I asked for extra alfredo on the side and didn't get it. WORST OF ALL! IS When I tasted the alfredo the only thing I could taste was SALT!! AND MORE SALT! IT WAS THE WORST ALFREDO IVE EVER BOUGHT! WHAT A WASTE OF 28 BUCKS! AND OF COURSE I HAD A FRIEND GET IT, SO I DON'T HAVE A RECIEPT TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! DISGUSTING!

Went without reservation , was told we had to eat at bar. We ordered food to go. Were excited to try for the first time. Nachos were stale and hard with steakum type meat on it with what tasted like melted beer cheese on them. Aged steak had absolutely no flavor, not even grilled or smokey flavor. Seafood alfredo was a salty, greasy , mushy mess that i couldnt eat more than two forkfulls because it was so overly salty. The salad was just iceberg lettuce, no actual greens or anything great. For the amount they charge, i would have expected way better. Tons of people packed aroubd the bar, very noisey. At one point an employee walked out ofnthe kitchen area in pajamas! Literal pajama pants with cartoons on them and a hoodie with the hood up like they were heading to bed. Weird. We agreed that the disappinting food made it not worth going back.

The atmosphere wasn’t bad and the portions were pretty generous but the quality was lacking as we were served heavily heavily greasy/salty foods and some pretty raw chicken wings. The service was ok, they weren’t really wanting to make separate cheques for each guest but after some pressure they split the overall table bill between each individual which is better than nothing I guess.

Chicken Reggie's consistently earns a 10/10 rating, however, my experience with the grilled chicken sandwich was subpar, lacking flavor and forgetting my side, earning a 3/10. Additionally, the blue cheese burger lacked flavor and was overcooked, scoring 2/10, while the sweet potato fries lacked sweetness. Following two disappointing visits, this third experience reinforced my dissatisfaction.
The Preserve offers a delightful dining experience, combining a cozy ambiance with exceptional service. Our server, Cleopatra, was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The food was a highlight. The generous portions were more than satisfying, and the flavors were truly impressive. We indulged in the nachos, chicken riggies, and seafood scampi, each dish exceeding our expectations. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy delicious food, The Preserve is definitely worth a visit.
The bar was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Management was absolutely insane watching them walk around to other tables to make sure everything was running smoothly. So happy. Can't wait to go back. Not a single issue at all for a Friday night.

Spontaneous dinner outing, came highly recommended and I would have to agree. Able to get same day reservations, delicious unique food, great service, amazing drinks! I usually can’t finish one and ordered a second here. The house breading was thin, crispy and tasty on the mozzarella wedges and chicken in the 405, I wish I could’ve eaten more as I had too many appetizers and the portion sizes are generous. Very impressed and happy, will be coming back.
